If you are not familiar with the Singleton Beach area it is located mid island right between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surf watch Resort (which are both very popular resorts on the island. It's mid island location makes it convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head Island, and Bluffton have to offer. The bathroom was updated with a new vanity, toilet and all new decor. There are flat screen TVs in the living and bed rooms which are also furnished with new furniture, lamps, decor and ceiling fans. The truly unique addition to this unit are the bedroom and bathroom barn doors, this allows for a more spacious floorplan, not to mention how awesome they look. The villa balcony overlooks the marsh and provides a partial ocean view where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee and listen to the birds or relax with a cold beverage at the end of a beach filled day. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex. All of this is only a short walk (approximately 75-100 yards) to the beach, oceanfront pool, snowcone stand & beachfront bar!
