We are excited to be the owners of this completely renovated oceanfront 4 BR/4 BA condo on Fripp Island! This unit is in phase three of the Captain John Fripp Villas which is centrally and conveniently located next to the Beach Club complex with an Olympic Pool/Kiddie Pool and a separate adult pool with an ocean side bar.br brWe completed a total renovation - down to the studs - to provide more updated and comfortable accommodations. Our renovation added a den upstairs and replaced the spiral stairs with a conventional staircase. We also replaced the furniture and all bedding (mattresses, mattress pads, pillows, comforter sets), sheets and towels. As part of our renovation, we had our villa professionally decorated with mirrors, pictures and curtains/shades.br brThis 4 Bedroom/4 Bath villa has a nonsmoking and no pet policy for the comfort of all guests.br brOn the main level, there is a living room and reading nook to accommodate your family and friends where an HDTV with DVD is provided for your entertainment.br brYou will also find two oceanfront bedrooms, on the main level, with king size beds and full bathrooms! The primary bedroom has a walk in shower and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Both bedrooms have TVs and DVD players. Our Tennis Villa, Surf Shack III is located in the heart of Fripp Island, right off of Tarpon Boulevard, behind the Tennis & Pickle ball courts. brbrOur 2 story villa, with spiral staircase, has been upgraded (2023) with all new furniture, rugs, coastal decor, lamps, chandeliers and ceiling fans. The King bed has a new mattress, new linens and the most comfortable Casper pillows. brbrBe mesmerized by the incredible Salt Marsh that we are proud to call our back yard. Enjoy the expansive views of the beautiful spartina grasses and the ever changing tide waters that fill and empty out, twice a day. brbrWatch the Osprey, Red tailed Hawk, Kingfisher, and the Great blue heron (just to name a few) searching for their next tasty treat. brbrDon't be startled when you see antlers pass by the porch.
