Tiny home on the River! Comfy bed and great water pressure in shower. We love how close this home is to Greenville,SC. The outdoor center that this place is located on did not have live music or events happening while we were here. We could definitely see how this is a great summer spot with access to tubing/river access. We would definitely come back to this. Our dogs loved It. Only setback is you are so close to the other homes that if you’re wanting privacy you’re having to share common outside area with your neighbors.

This was a great place to stay for 2 adults looking to relax. It was close to Downtown Greenville, local small towns, and less than an hour to hiking, great views, and waterfalls. Others staying nearby was super friendly as well. The complimentary water and wine were also a nice perk!

Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Loved, loved, loved their tiny house. Never stayed in one before and it was so cute and perfect. Plenty of room for 2 adults and a crated dog. View of river was amazing and fire pit, with fully stocked wood made it perfect! The place was new and clean. There is a fenced dog walk on the property, which was a great help. 15 minutes from downtown. Would love to go back and have friends rent adjacent units.

We absolutely loved it here and cannot wait to come back for the summer!! The house is perfect for 2, no kitchen but they have a griddle and a ninja air fryer which works great. The little house community is adorable and perfect for walking around and exploring new areas. The Emery’s were great at responding and answered every question. 100% recommend!!!!!

Our stay at the new boutique tiny house on the Saluda River was absolutely wonderful. The home was spotless, and the thoughtful touches made us fell right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything we needed was fully stocked-from amenities to coffee, wine, water, rob for his / her-they thought of it all. The host was incredibly accommodating and provided fantastic local trips that made our trip even more special. The home itself was cozy, clean, and inviting and the host was always available to answer any questions. We highly recommend the new boutique tiny house on the river and gladly stay again!

When I arrived the 1st things I seen was the river appeared dried up from when I pulled up and then realized it was low (not for tubing). The restaurant /live music was closed and said it would not reopen till after our stay was over. We had to eat at the gas station taco shop after a 7 hour drive. The little tiny house was adorable and clean. From the front porch one side you could see the light reflection on the water the other side got a view of the shrubbery (could stand to be trimmed for both parties to see the water view). We enjoyed the fire pit x2 nights with minimal mosquitoes. It was my first anniversary without my husband. Something personal would have been nice for a surprise like a keepsake. A card or Chocolate or flowers or something personalized like ( Happy 30th Anniversary. ) Other than the Host was very informative about the property instructions .

Great property! Very comfortable and nice finishes throughout. Really close to downtown Greenville, but feels like you’re far away. Perfect for a quick get-away alone or with another adult; however, it would tight if more than two. It would be nice if the sofa was a pull out. Thanks for a great stay!

The home is exactly as described. Very cute. It was very quiet. I could see it being a little more rowdy in the summer due to the location right by the river and the other accommodations near by. The hosts were super responsive to our questions and concerns. They made fantastic restaurant recommendations. The home is simple with not a lot of bells and whistles, but just what we needed to unplug for the weekend. Thank you for sharing your spot.

Nate & Jessica (N&J) posted pictures of this New boutique there is nothing new about this place. Hole in bedroom wall. scuff marks on walls thru out. The pictures posted were this cute place on the river, with a private deck and campfire area. Only place that shows in pics is place to left, no one on right. However, when you first pull in your heart sinks knowing you were scammed into believing this is a cute, not crowded, place . Not true there are 14 places, a crashed bus rental, a bathhouse, a tubing rental business and a bar/restaurant. the cabin on left is about 15-20 ft but the one on right is 6ft.There is no private fire pit they are all lined up in a row placed by each cabin. No privacy at all. They falsified how the place really is to get you to stay then your stuck. Others don't keep their pets on leash, the dog walk area is unsafe, boards with nails and trash, People come thru looking around all the time, you don't feel safe and you surely are not get quiet calm retreat. N&J do not give whole picture of what your walking into and getting. They lied about everything. Be glad to show pictures.

The property is fabulous. It's located just west of Greenville (a beautiful city) on the banks of the Saluda river. It is a privately-owned tiny home in a group of other homes in the Saluda Outdoor River Co (closed for the season). The ambience is perfect - string lights draped between trees, fire pits, outdoor seating areas and of course the view is fabulous. The home has everything you need - plus wine! Lots of thoughtful touches.

My wife and I wanted a quiet few nights away to celebrate our 15 year anniversary & this ended up being exactly what we were looking for. The location is great - it was fun to watch the river tubers come through, and while it is a busy little area with many tiny homes, it was quiet and felt secluded. We enjoyed having a bonfire and overlooking the river. It’s also located about 5 miles from downtown Greenville, which made it extremely close to good food and activities. We enjoyed river tubing while there & it was great to just take the bus up to the main building so we didn’t have to get back to our car after exiting (the exit is right at the house). Finally, this is located about 2.5 miles from a really good coffee house and art district. Cleanliness was pretty good - we only gave 4 rather than 5 stars due to some leftover dog hair on the couch & in the corners of the rooms (we didn’t bring a dog with us). Overall, 5 star stay and we look forward to coming back again!
