Want some AC Most bedrooms have private climate control and all have a smart TV. You can curl up on one of the couches in either one of the two large living rooms. Want more seclusion The upstairs private suite has 2 beds, a private living area and a kitchenette! Are you the chef in the family How about choosing between one of two full kitchens! brbrHave a large family This home has 7 bedrooms and sleeps 22 of your closest friends and relatives in style! Have kids Then we have you covered! There's shuffle board, ping pong, a outdoor pool table, and board games. There's a large bunk bed room that sleeps 8 and has it's own large screen smart TV and climate control! Plenty of space on multiple levels and perfect for large family get togethers! brbrFAQ- The Layout: brThe top floor has a kitchenette, a full bath and 2 double beds along with a couch and living area. There is also a loft area with a ping pong table, a poker table and a full size shuffle board. brThe main floor has a master with king and attached full bathroom, a guest bedroom with king and full bathroom, and a queen bedroom with a full bath in the hallway. The main floor also has a large living area and kitchen, as well as a oversized screened in porch with a large TV, sofa, 2 tables, a blackstone grill and a propane grill. brThe lower floor has a second master with attached full bathroom, a kids room with 2 queen size bunk beds (4 queen beds in total), and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a half bath. Downstairs also has a large living area and full kitchen and a screened in porch with a large TV, couch, chairs, table and a pool table. Both porch's are water front with incredible views of the lake. There is lillypad for water lounging on the lower porch you are welcome to use but please, place it back on the porch when all done. All kitchens have coffee makers, and the main floor is a dual carafe and K-cup. (most Frequently Asked Question :) ) brbrThe home has 2 driveways, You're welcome to use either. Please limit the total number of cars/trucks/trailers to 8 total per county requirements. brbrDinner time on Lake Murray frequently means lighting up the grill. Which one to light will be one of your toughest choices of the day at Haymar House! Blackstone Propane Wood fire with swivel grate Take your pick!!! brbrYou can also add an optional tritoon rental delivered to your dock! The tritoon boat includes a 2 person tube and adult life vests, and can be used as long as the sun is out! No having to drive to a rental place at 8am and wait in line and sign 30 minutes worth of papers only to return and empty the boat by 5:30. We won't even mention the long fuel lines you will face at return time, or the expert level inspection they put the boat under to find ways to charge you extra. We meet you at the house at the home's private dock! When your done, throw the boat keys on the kitchen counter and we handle the rest. The rental boat is not allowed out at night- sorry! We also do not allow smoking or pets on board. brbrYou'll enjoy quiet evenings under the stars, listening to local toads, frogs, birds, crickets, Osprey's splashing in the water for their supper and the occasional fish jumping in the lake. We do ask that you follow local noise ordinances with quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am. Many of your neighbors are local residents. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has a twin bunk + a twin trundle. brbrThe house is done in a self-proclaimed `coastal lakehouse modern style` with loads of cozy furnishings, upholstery, pillows, linens, and a mix of natural textiles - think wicker, rattan, wood and glass. You will be hard pressed to find a more relaxing screen porch with unbelievable views and sunsets. Totally remodeled home ready to invite you in to enjoy a wonderful time with family and friends. Screen porch has two couches, tables to eat and rocking chairs. Dock or boat ramp is great to swim and fish off of. Want to sleep in Blinds plus black out curtains will help you catch up on sleep. Publix is ten minutes away and that will be the only time you want to leave. Grill is new just like all the appliances. Two hours from Charleston, 1 hour from Greenville, two hours from Charlotte and three hours from Atlanta. 35 minutes to Williams Brice traffic (not taking in to consideration game day traffic.) If you can't make the game watch it on the 82 inch TV in the den with views of the lake out the 9 foot sliding glass door. The permit allows for 6 adults but kids 5 and under do not count towards guest count.

It is well equipped with everything you need to cook most any kind of meal, including a microwave, Instant Pot, air fryer, blender, toaster oven, both Keurig and drip coffee pot. Decent knives, wooden utensils and Hexclad non-stick pans. Plenty of dishes, utensils, baking pans, and cooking tools. Spices and basics like sugar, flour, salt, cooking oils and vinegars. brbrOur brand new screened porch is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or enjoy your daily meals, bug free. Watch the deer wander through the yard, herons, ducks and geese fly by, as well as the occasional bunny. Each of them has a friendly dog that might run through our yard on their daily walks. This is a perfect place for a relaxing family vacation, a fishing trip, or a quiet getaway. If you're looking for a place for a party, reunion or large get-together, this isn't the place for you. We expect our guests to respect our home and our neighbors.
