Restaurants and stores are a 5 minute drive from the house.brbrWater/Swimming access:brThe water directly behind the house is too shallow to swim in. There is a dock there, which we use to launch paddleboards and kayaks (included with house). There is a small beach to swim at within a 2 minute walk from the front door, which has deeper water. Within a short paddle (10 min) from the dock, you can access a stretch of undeveloped ocean beach which is really spectacular.
