New England Beach House - 10 min walk from the beach!

Great house wonderful location. The owner supplied the bed sheets and bath towels…very convenient. Owner was very accommodating. Might book for next year!

We had a great vacation. This home has everything you need including outdoor shower, beach chairs and bbq. The house works great for families and has a very private yard.

We loved that the house was walkable to beach and icecream shop. Lots of spaces for different seating inside and outside. Though a few plumbing issues, hosts came right away and fixed things. The kitchen could use a roll away island for more counter space, but it was big.

Great location,clean and well supplied.yard is great for kids to play. Host was excellent making sure we had everything neede. I recommend staying here.

The house is very comfortable and very well stocked with everything you need. The floor plan of the house worked exceedingly well for our 4 adults and 3 kids given two separate main floor living room areas and another one in the basement level and 3 televisions (one in each living room area). Everything worked great. And the house is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that is an easy and short walk to the beach and short drives to markets and wonderful restaurants and other things. To top it off, the owner/host is extremely helpful at every turn, and always available to answer any questions or provide helpful advice. In short, we could not be more pleased with how our stay here went.

Great house, very clean and had everything you need including an expresso maker. We walked to beach. Some of them, not me were on a 10,000 step plan. I made it one day lol. Great yard for corn hole and other games, let us use garage to store the surf boards. Great restaurants nearby and a trip into Newport on a cloudy day. Will definately return.

We enjoy our stay in this spacious and comfortable house with many amenities provided. A safe and friendly neighborhood close to the beach, local farm, grocery store, Theatre By The Sea, church, etc. The great location allows for day trips to Newport, Jamestown, Wakefield, and more. We highly recommended it and hope to be back!

Spacious home in a well kept neighborhood. A nice private yard. The owner lives near by and handles matters promptly. It was well suited for our family. I was impressed with all that was provided. It was a well stocked kitchen and a shed full of chairs and charcoal. We would certainly go to this house again.
