Cozy Cottage by the Sea with SK Beach Passes!

Our family loved the rental house! The pictures don't do it justice; the house was spotlessly clean and everything was well maintained, appliances and all. The kitchen was well stocked with more than just a few pots and pans, and the bedrooms were all quite comfortable. The porch in the back was also lovely, seemingly a new addition to the house. The living room and porch lamps are adjustable, so you could choose how bright you want it be. It's a comfortable drive to Newport and very close to a nearby Amtrak station in Kingston, making it convenient for meeting up via both car and public transit. The neighborhood was also nice and quiet, making this a perfect rental for a family looking to live comfortably while on vacation to Newport!

We were busy in the area but appreciated the comfortable landing spot. We were there off season but the home looks well set up for summer fun.

Excellent stay. Even with the poor weather, this home and host did not disappoint. The space is exceptionally clean, lots of great recommendations, and got the kids’ February break off to a great start. Will definitely be returning!

The property was exactly as described, and Liz was a gracious host. There were several areas to sit and read with well situated lighting and comfortable furniture. Very cozy. The kitchen was very well equipped. The check in process problem was entirely due to VRBO’s automated systems, which got on the wrong track and stayed there for the entire process. That was frustrating to both us as renters and to Liz as home Owner. Hopefully it’s a one time thing and won’t reoccur.

Great place to stay

From the time we got there, we really felt like it was a home away from home. The place had everything we needed and we were able to enjoy a little bit of rainy day inside on that fabulous screen porch, outback that was the highlight of the place. the beds were comfortable, sitting area in the living room was very comfortable. The television worked fine all the supplies necessary to cook a wonderful meal were there. Don’t hesitate to rent this place for a weekend or a week. You won’t regret it.

Liz was awesome and the house was perfect for the five of us. Wish we could have stayed longer.
