Waterfront Salt Pond House, water view and dock

Peaceful waterfront 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house with a large deck & yard right on the Green Hill Pond. Ideal location for a quiet getaway, kayaking, paddle boarding, coffee in the morning while soaking in a sunrise over the water from the deck, quick drive (or paddle)to the ocean beaches(Matunuck,Charlestown,Blue Shutters).All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor have windows/views of the water.Parking for 4 cars. Green Hill Pond is a bird watcher's favorite!

3 bedroom, 2 story house. Large yard. Shallow water dock. 1st floor has living/dining room, kitchen, and 1/2 bath. Also, on the first floor, there is a large deck with outdoor furniture and a grill. There are excellent water views from the living room, kitchen, and out on the deck. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a water view, and one full bath. There is central A/C, washer, and dryer.

There is a picnic table and a small fire pit in the backyard with chairs. House sits on a dead end road with minimal traffic.

The house is waterfront with a dock, on Green Hill Pond. This pond is also a bird watcher's favorite.

During the warm months: there are 4 Kayaks and 2 paddle boards available for guests’ use. Launch right off the dock!

**We also supply you with a Matunuck Beach (SK Town Beach) parking/entry pass for the entirety of your stay!

***No pets allowed. Owners have severe allergies. Thank you.
*** Linens and towels are not provided. Guests are asked to bring their own linens or rent them from a local vendor, such as Vacation House Linen Rentals. Each bed comes with 2 pillows and 1 bedspread, if needed. Plus there are extra blankets in the closets. Each bed has a mattress protector over the mattress, plus pillow protectors over each pillow. There are also hand towels provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you for respecting this process and bringing the necessary linens. If you are interested in renting linens/towels and having them delivered to the house for your arrival, we recommend renting from Vacation House Linens. Vacation House Linens also provides beach and baby equipment rentals if needed.

There is a 4% processing fee on all cancellations. You will receive whatever percentage back that you are entitled to, less a 4% processing fee. over 30 days, you will receive 96% refund. 14-30 days, you will receive 46% refund. This is due to credit card processing fees.

There are also local Kayak/Paddleboard rental companies if you are interested:
-There is a local company that will deliver rentals to you. Their name is Long Point Paddleboard .
-Another nearby rental company is East Coast Paddle Sports. They do not deliver, but you can pick up rentals from them and bring it to your location of choosing. You can also just enjoy an afternoon paddling and exploring at their beautiful location.
-If you are interested in renting kayaks for an afternoon of paddling at a nearby local favorite location, you might be interested in contacting Narrow River Kayaks.

Guests have access to the entire house and the entire yard.
The door has a digital keypad, and you will have a code for your stay.

We live in the area, about 20 minutes away. We can be reached via the app, or by text or call, whichever you prefer.

The house is situated on a dead end quiet road, at the end of Twin Peninsula. There is very little auto traffic on this road. This neighborhood is a great place to walk, with access to the water and views in several spots. It's also a nice spot for a bike ride or a jog.

Take a short drive, or short paddle to the beautiful ocean beaches. Walk to the salt pond shores. Restaurants and stores are a 5 minute drive from the house.

Water/Swimming access:
The water directly behind the house is too shallow to swim in. There is a dock there, which we use to launch paddleboards and kayaks (included with house). There is a small beach to swim at within a 2 minute walk from the front door, which has deeper water. Within a short paddle (10 min) from the dock, you can access a stretch of undeveloped ocean beach which is really spectacular. Also, there are several ocean and salt pond beaches within a short drive.

No Pets allowed. Owners and friends have severe pet allergies. If you plan to bring an ESA this is not allowed.

No outdoor music after 9PM
