Stayed Aug 17, 2024This house had everything my family and I needed for a beach vacation. They even left beach toys and boards for the family to use. The lawn was nice and large for us to play volleyball. We also loved this little town with food, icecream and shopping .

Stayed Aug 24, 2024Very nice place in a convenient location. My only criticism would be that all the cabinets were full of a mish mash of mostly useless pots pans and whatever. No place to put your food away.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024This place is great - quiet, well-located, clean, with everything you need (except a kettle!) The beds are comfortable and everything was in working order. Lots of beach chairs and other fun stuff. Would stay again for sure.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024We had a fantastic week at the house. It was clean and comfortable and well supplied. The location was close to everything and the neighborhood was really beautiful. We all loved being able to use an outdoor shower after the beach and the grill and deck were perfect!

Stayed Aug 19, 2023Perfect get away. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and had all the amenities we needed. Close to Charlestown beach and a short ride to other state beaches. We highly recommend and would definitely reserve again.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023Overall we had a great stay. The house itself is very nice with plenty of space.....except the upstairs shower, that takes some finagling if you're an adult. We weren't a fan of the South Kingstown town beach. It was very rocky and un-swimable due to red tide but beaches like Scarborough and Roger Wheeler were a short drive away.
