Beach House with large deck & ocean views!

Everything as great about our stay. The host was so accommodating. Even came to shovel because it snowed. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This is an absolutely perfect vacation home. The location is convenient to beaches, restaurants, etc. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to East matunuck beach. We had a terrific week of relaxation and will definitely book this house again!!

A wonderful stay at this compact yet comfortably pleasing and impeccable cottage. We were there in the early winter with rain and wind, but the heat pump system kept us warm. And the sunrises over the salt marsh pond were just lovely. We did not sit outside on the generous deck because of the temperature, but we can imagine it is glorious on a summer day.

We love the house! It was the perfect size for 5 of us visiting our son/brother/friend who is a student at URI. We fell in love with Matunuck and views from the large deck. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was lovely, comfortable and clean. Great location. Within walking distance to the beach, only 20 minutes from The Nordic and just a bit further to Newport. Loved being able to hear the ocean from the house. It was so relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a nicely decorated and clean house with beautiful views and walking distance to two beaches. Lovely deck with nice furniture, comfortable beds, terrific location. Be aware you have to bring your own sheets and towels and the house comes with very little in the way of basic supplies - no soap, paper towels, Keurigs, Kleenex. Just bring your own.
