A Perfect Family Beach House!

We had an amazing stay!! The house is beautiful and the amenities were great.

Stayed with our 3 adult children and their spouses along with a 11 month old grandchild. Everything was perfect.

Great house with lots to do on site and very conveniently located. Brian is very responsive and an excellent host.

Perfect beach house for family. So close to beach and town but a little hidden gem surrounded by trees. The hot tub was wonderful. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend. Thank you

The best equipped rental we've encountered. Everything for the kitchen, lots of beach toys, bikes and games. Beautiful grounds with swings and activity center. We were a bit surprised at the location directly on Rt. 1, but the property is fenced and we ignored the sound of traffic! Very responsive host, easy check in and out. Wonderful for multigeneration family vacation.

Check in was super easy. House came stocked with all the beach toys and grilling accessories. What ever you needed for a family vacation, this property had and the beach is a short drive down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was very nice with fully stocked kitchen and nice outdoor amenities (ex. Fire pit area, hot tub, comfortable gathering area under a gazebo. Short trip to Newport and several beaches. WiFI login was easy with barcode scanning. Instructions were very clear and thorough.

My siblings wanted to see the area and enjoy the weekend after my sons wedding. This house was well appointed and well stocked with everything we needed. Although we were out and about most days and did not spend a lot of time at the residence, when we did it was perfect! I can see myself coming back in the future with my own sons and grandkids and fully enjoying a vacation weekend or week with a variety of age groups! If you chose this location, please go first and see what is needed as most supplies are already there! Great house, yard and overall experience!

We booked the house for the weekend to see our daughter graduate from URI. The house looked exactly how it the pictures presented. It was clean and perfect for our family, we had nine people with us. The yard and deck were great for sitting out and it was easy to get to the places that we needed to get to. The owner was great and communicated everything we needed to stay. We had the best time doing a puzzle throughout the stay even during a busy weekend. We have left the puzzle in hopes that other families will sit together, laugh and have a great time as a family.

We came down to RI with family and friends to see my son perform in the URI marching band. This house was one of the most well appointed houses I have ever rented. It was clean, cozy, & comfortable. The owners have thought of everything from toilet paper to wood for the fire pit!! The house manual was well written with clear instructions especially for the hot tub, which was glorious after a long day. I would highly recommend this house and hope to return in the future.

This was the perfect home to spend time with extended family we don't get to see often. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us, especially with the outdoor space. The location was perfect as well. We hope we can do this again in the future.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It had everything you could possibly need. Brian was so attentive to a couple of minor things we ran into. We will definitely be back!

We vacation yearly as a family, including children and grandchildren. This property has everything you can need and more. Having little boys, this yard makes relaxation easy. You are able to sit on the deck with family and watch the children run around and play. There are so many beach items and play things in the garage for them. The house is comfortable and lovely! We loved our stay here! The grounds are absolutely perfect for a family. A huge back yard with a fun swing and obstacle course! The deck furniture is under a large gazebo so we were able to enjoy even the rainy days outside. The inside of the house is beautifully updated. It was the perfect size for my husband and I, our two young children and extended family. The location of the house was very conveniently close to multiple beaches and restaurants! The owner Brian was also very quick and easy to communicate with throughout the stay.

We rented this house for my daughter’s graduation. What an awesome choice - fully equipped and very clean. The owner was amazing too. Super responsive. We were looking for a full length mirror and I asked if there was one in the house. There wasn’t - but the owner showed up in an hour and brought one to us! Very much appreciated. Would rent this property and from this owner again and again!
