Stayed Aug 7, 2025We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The house had plenty of space for our group of 10, was spotless on arrival, and had a great yard for hanging out. The location made for a perfect Rhode Island getaway, and the host was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Location was excellent, both for local amenities (Dollar General, Antonio's Pizza, The Muse American cuisine, Fayerweather Craft Guild, gas station) and access to Narragansett and Newport. Quiet, comfortable beds, clean. We were 10: 4 couples and 2 singles and had plenty of room. Easy access to house. Very satisfied.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024The house was beautiful and plenty of room for everyone. The back yard had room for the kids to run around and play with lots of privacy, Great fire pit which we enjoyed and roasted marshmallows. We will definitely come back again.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024Joanne’s house met our family needs quite nicely!! The children loved running around the yard, the adult fire lovers found the fire pit to be awesome, and all the s’more lovers were very pleased! Spacious bedrooms, a bathroom on every floor, and the house was nice and cool on the hot summer days. Only trouble encountered was the front door which was tricky to lock sometimes.

Stayed May 16, 2024We took the extended family to celebrate our son’s University of Rhode Island graduation and the house location is SO close to the campus and beach and shops and restaurants! The outdoor fire pit was a wonderful place to gather with family and friends too!

Stayed May 24, 2024It was a really nice break with total 12 friends at this house. Everything was perfect and as advertised, a nice backyard with a firepit and a grill was a nice touch. The location is nice with short drive to Newport and great seafood and plenty of restaurants. Only minor with a bunch of people trying to use the shower gets a bit tricky as hot water runs out quickly.
