It is 2 floors with the entrance just off of the street, a full kitchen, full bath and 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one and 3 bunks beds in the other. It's perfect for a family, a couple's getaway or a group of friends or colleagues to explore our amazing city. There are TV's in the kitchen, master bedroom and living room, a large island that is the perfect work space for business. And the shower is brand new. There are 2 parking spaces behind the house and plenty of street parking. There is keyless entry using a pin so no need to meet for keys and you can check in or out any time you want within reason. The basement is my apartment with outside access so I may or may not be there at any point but usually stay at my mother's when I have guests.
