Located in the Hideout, one of the Pocono's most private and premier 4 season communities. brbr** Cleaning Fee includes cleaning, guest registration, amenity access, and any other accommodations during your stay.brbrWhen you enter the home from the upper deck on the main level where lockbox is located, you will walk into the completely renovated and bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all things you would need to make your favorite family meal. The large dinning area with table to seat eight (additional chairs available) is off to the left and has a custom brick faced wood burning fireplace. On the main level is also a very large living room with vaulted ceilings, 65 inch flat screen TV, custom bar that is fully equipped with blender, refrigerator, glassware, etc., and new thermostat controlled propane fireplace. Off the living room is sliders to the spacious deck making outdoor entertaining convenient with a gas firepit. On the main level, there are also two bedrooms (one with twin bunks and a bonus twin trundle and the other with a full size bed) and bathroom. brbrUpstairs on the upper level, you will find a large bedroom, bathroom, and loft area for an additional sleeping option or an area to read or play board games. brbrThe lower walkout level (complete handicapped access) hosts another living/recreational area complete with couch and TV (XBOX and PlayStationincluded). On this ground level, there is also another large master bedroom with queen size bed and additional sofa. This room has sliders to the screened in front porch that is perfect for relaxing. There are also two other bedrooms (one with two twin beds and the other with a full-size bed), bathroom, laundry area, and foosball table. brbrIf you are traveling with little ones, we have a highchair, twoporta-cribs, exersauser, and baby swing in the home for your use so you do not have to travel with these bulky items. brbrAll bedrooms and both living rooms have flatscreen TV's, which are smart TV's so that you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, etc. accounts. The TV in the lower-level rec room has XBOX and PlayStationwith multiple game selections for your use. brbrThe entire home is all for your private use except for one locked closet in the lower-level master bedroom. All bedding linens are included as well as bath towels and beach towels. We just ask that all towels are washed and dried and replaced in the laundry area before check-out and the sheets are brought down to the laundry area for the cleaning service to switchover. brbrIn the shed (key provided), there are two kayaks for your use. Please note, there are life jackets as well. They don't need to be used, but must be on the kayaks when on the lake. There are also six bikes for your use as well as multiple outdoor games including life-size connect four, cornhole, and ladder game. Please return everything to the shed after use and not left outside while not in use in the event of rain. In the shed, there are also additional propane tanks. brbrOn the deck, there is a propane firepit. This is not for making smores, but is a great place to hang out around and have a cocktail or just relax. The main beach / pool area is about 3 min drive away from the house. There is also a smaller lake located within 5 min walk from the house . This lake is perfect for fishing and is very picturesque. It is great to walk there in the morning and enjoy beautiful water lilies blooming on the lake. brbrThe house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Wrap around deck provides lots of space to grill and dine outside, surrounded by nature. There is a screened in room located in the back of the house which can be accessible from the deck and the main dinning area. brbrThe ground floor contains a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom, washer and dryer, a room with a wet bar and a pool table. Second floor has a master bedroom with queen bed, a bathroom, open floor kitchen, dining and living room with a wood burning fireplace. People that have stayed in homes at the Hideout repeatedly tell us that this is the nicest house they've ever stayed in. Upon arriving to the property you'll note the double sized lot for your added privacy. You'll also immediately see that the front deck spans the entire length of the house with plenty of space to spread out, cook on the propane grill, or just hang out with your family and friends (please note that there is a security camera on the front of the home facing the driveway and front yard). Resist the urge to sit down as you've only just arrived and still have a lot to see. Let's walk in through the screened in porch, where you'll find a table with seating for 6 and a ceiling fan for your comfort. We usually find ourselves hanging out in here during a rain storm and enjoying the beautiful fresh air that accompanies less-than-perfect weather, and a fresh layer of water on the trees and ground. In this porch area you'll find the main entrance with a keyless entry lock (code will be provided 48 hours before arrival). Punch in your digits and welcome to The Woodview!brbrTake a moment when you open the door to take in the expansive open floor plan which flows seamlessly from the dining area, with seating for 8, to the living room with super high vaulted ceilings and a propane fireplace, to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster, just about everything you'll need to whip up a full family sized feast, and, there's also a counter bar with seating for 4, for those quick bite meals. Again, no pitstops as we still have a lot to see. Turn around from the kitchen and you'll see the dining area that has a beautiful country style table big enough for that Thanksgiving feast and seating for up to 8, comfortably. Let's slide over to the living room where you'll see a brand new sofa and love seat, as well as a propane fireplace for those chilly nights and cool mornings. Also in this space is a flat panel tv which boasts a smart blu-ray player with dozens of movies, as well as smart app access so you can stream your favorite Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, and YouTube shows. Simply log in with your own account credentials and pull up your familiar lists (just remember to log out before you leave). Binge time!brbrBut wait, there's more....also on the main level is an oversized master bedroom with king sized bed and a large sitting area that could double as an area for your crib or playpen (not provided) or an inflatable mattress (provided in the master closet). The room also has a large flat panel TV, A/C and access to the en-suite master bathroom that has a full shower and tub. The master bath also has separate access from the kitchen to ensure privacy for those staying in the master suite. brbrLet's keep it moving, so get comfortable, kick off your shoes, and grab a glass of wine (or coffee/tea) and let's head upstairs.brbrBack through the kitchen, around the corner and through living room, let's head up a flight of stairs where you'll arrive to the loft area that has a fantastic birds eye view of the main living space, the dining area and great views of the trees outside through the signature shaped front windows. In the loft you'll also find a super comfortable foldout futon (not an oxymoron, it really is comfortable!) for sleeping or just hanging out away from the rest of the home. There's also a comfy chair and a few books for you to just hang. This area also has access to the 2nd full bathroom (shower and tub), and 2 additional oversized bedrooms, both with flat panel HD tv's, A/C's and queen sized beds. Each room also has full closets and dressers as well as windows overlooking the back of the home with nice views of the woods. brbrOk, back down to the main level, check your glass as you pass the kitchen area to see if you need a refill, and then let's head down a flight of stairs to the lower level game room.brbrYou've now entered the game zone, where you'll find a full sized pool table, ping pong table and foosball table...surely the site of many a heated match with your friends and family. Also in the lower level you'll find another comfy foldout futon and flat panel HD TV so you can watch the game while playing the game. This level will surely entertain you and your group for hours on end. Loser does the dishes (just kidding, there's a dishwasher)! Also in the lower level, you'll find access to the back yard and the laundry room where we provide detergent and dryer sheets if you choose to do some laundry. brbrPlenty of other little details that we won't mention here, but they'll surely lead to a more comfortable and complete home-like experience. And here's the bonus: As we mentioned, we're located in the award winning, 4 season Hideout Community which comes with added perks! Please do not leave garbage outside of the home as this will invite animals to the property and create a mess. Any garbage left behind after departure that requires removal from cleaning company will result in additional fees to the primary renter. Costs will be associated with the amount of garbage left behind. Only the people registered in advance will be listed on the reservation and permitted in the gated community. No guests will be allowed into the community without prior approval. brbrGate access pass is required for each vehicle entering the community and will be available at community main gate security office at the Hideout entrance upon check in. Homeowner is not responsible and will not offer discounts or refunds for any non-use; includes weather related closures.brbrPrimary renter must be minimum 26 years of age. No parties or groups. No unrelated occupants up to 3 persons allowed per association rules. The community's rules and regulations specify that this home is approved for up to 5 cars during any stay. Each driver would need to show their driver's license and vehicle registration at the time of check in at the security gate to obtain a dated gate pass. brbrPlease be respectful of the property and neighbors. The Community has its own Public Safety that will enforce speed limits, disturbances and any other violations to the rules.
