At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.brbr3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. We offer a Chore-Free Checkout, and do not ask our guests to clean prior to checking out. Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. If our cleaners arrive before Guest has left, Guest will be charged at $50 in half hour increments.brbr6. If Guest has to cancel their trip past the cancellation window deadline, Host will refund Guest any amount Host is able to get for rebooking your dates above the cancellation amount, up to a full refund.brbr7. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the property has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.brbr8.
