There is a small private beach, marina, and lake access for fishing and boating. This lovely home is only a short drive to Big Boulder Ski Area or Jack Frost Ski Resort as well as a golf course, miniature golf, movie theater, bowling alley, arcade, Split Rock Resort's indoor water park, and many dining options. Spacious covered and open decks with plenty of seating allow your group to barbecue on the always fueled and ready Weber grill and dine in the mountain air. Watch the shadows move across the boulder field from the 8 person hot tub, or just take a quiet stroll. Spend some time in front of the indoor/outdoor fireplace. Not the outdoor type Particular attention was paid to the interior and the very comfortable furnishings therein. A soaring beamed ceiling and plentiful natural light add to the spacious feeling of the great room. The home's game rooms boast a 65” TV, a rustic log 8' Olhausen pool table, an additional 55” TV, a dry bar with mini-fridge, a Tornado T-3000 foosball table, and 4 player Dreamcade® Vision 40 video game with a 40” screen.
