We have a huge family and stayed comfortably at this house . Nice new house . Beds are made in such a hotel quality . nice bathroom. a short walk to the Lake . Deers welcomes you in the morning . Megan is such a great host . responds well to messages with great details .

This home and property was beautiful and immaculate. The windows and light were spectacular. The kitchen was superb and well appointed. It was so comfortable for our family and our two year old granddaughter who lives in New York was thrilled with the open space she had to cruise around in. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space and fire pit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The house is beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation. The walking proximity to Lake Harmony was perfect and the younger kids enjoyed playing on the beach and swimming on the lake. The neighborhood is very pretty and we enjoy walking around. Sitting around the fire pit roasting marshmallows and enjoying the nice weather was great. We had 11 adults and 4 children ages 1 to 5 and the house was perfect for the group.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lake Harmony. The home was perfect for our family of 16, spacious, nicely appointed, and in a quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck and firepit areas. The doe and fawn ambling through almost daily were a bonus!

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Boulder Peak. The property was exactly as pictured-- immaculate, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The beds were spectacularly comfortable. It is so difficult to find King size beds and this place has 3 so we definitely hit the jackpot! It was so serene and peaceful tucked back in the woods and exactly what we needed as an escape from reality. We were able to kick back, play pool, shuffleboard, watch movies--enjoy quality family time. We even had some daily nature visits from lots of deer and a wild turkey! Megan and Greg are wonderful hosts. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and thoughtful given our family circumstances. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We rented this home for a special family weekend to celebrate our parents’ 50th anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. With 12 of us under one roof, the house was spacious enough for everyone to have room to relax, but still cozy enough to bring us all together—exactly what we wanted for the occasion.Every detail in the home was so well thought out. It was immaculately clean, incredibly well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. Even though we ended up with a cold and rainy weekend, the comfort and warmth of the home made it easy to enjoy our time together.The owners were fantastic—communicative, thoughtful, and provided clear, commonsense instructions that made everything smooth from start to finish. The location was stunning, and we’re already talking about coming back to explore the area more (hopefully with better weather next time!).We shared a lot of our experience on Instagram and had so many people ask us for the listing—which says it all! Don’t hesitate to book. This home truly made our family celebration one to remember.

From the moment I saw the property on VRBO, I asked the hosts, Megan and Greg many questions which were immediately answered. As a realtor myself, the hosts responsiveness made me comfortable selecting this property for our ski weekend. This home met my family's needs as we are a family of 13 including children from 14 down to 9 months old. The home features 6 spacious bedrooms, The bedrooms were large and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The host provided wonderful thick towels and all of the showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The main level has a spectacular kitchen with everything you'd need to prepare meals for a large crew. There is a double oven and a convection stove which took a little getting used to but worked wonderfully. The fireplace and comfortable sofa with large television were a perfect place to hang out with the family before and after dinner. The downstairs game room was a big hit. We had a lot of laughs playing shuffleboard and pool and the sofa is the most comfortable ever! Everyone was asking where they could purchase a similar sofa! After a fun day of skiing, we went to the backyard firepit for smores and lots of laughs. We spent time at Big Boulder skiing and the children also enjoyed H200000 water park at Split Rock. Everyone agreed that we will be back next year!

Three families and two grandmothers (8 adults and 5 children) gathered at this beautiful home to spend Christmas together. We were there for a total of 5 nights. The home was well stocked and beautifully decorated for the holiday which included a14-foot Christmas tree. This house had plenty of space for our group. The living spaces (up and down), kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptional! Five star quality all around!! The guidebook was great...made it very easy for us to shop, order food and plan activities. We also just loved being in the home and relaxing. All the couches and beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this property. Thank you again for making our holiday so special!!

What an amazing long weekend we had here. This new home was gorgeous! Perfectly laid out with beautiful furnishings. Loved the thoughtful design of this home. Extremely large and clean which made us all feel very comfortable. Cooking in the huge beautiful kitchen was so fun while enjoying the amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows. Outdoor griddle came in handy too! It snowed during our stay which made the views of the ski slopes and yard magical. Game room entertained everyone. Explored the area nearby and loved Nick’s Lake House. Razor rental at Pocono Outdoor Adventures was a blast (highly recommend). Some of our family hiked to waterfalls. Very much enjoyed the fire pit outside with a lot of seating and loved the convenience of the indoor gas fireplace. Host was very responsive throughout the process. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is as beautiful in person as it is online. Very spacious, modern, clean, and well furnished. The upstairs living area with the wall of windows is spectacular around the clock. Other great amenities available inside and out - too many to name, but the owners list them and photos are very accurate unlike some other listings you might see. We shared the home with 14 people in total including 5 children under 5 and it was very comfortable. We had room to spare and plenty of activities around the house or within a short commute. The owners pretty much thought of everything and went above and beyond in many ways. Communication was always timely and easy to manage leading up to and throughout our stay. Would definitely book again if we return to the Poconos. Thanks again to our hosts!
