Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very roomy. Great location. Would have enoyed fire pit, but unable to get it to work. No water hookup to refig, and no ice cube trays....so unable to have ice. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Staying at home was ok, but what happened after the holidays is another story. We were accused of causing damage to the house. .We are not smokers but We were accused of burning a hole in the bathroom shelf. After long discussions with the owner who didn't even listen to our explanations he He gave up. A very unpleasant feeling.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969From the moment we stepped foot in Roots End we knew it was going to be a great week! We enjoyed every part of the house especially the back yard. We spent many nights by the campfire, we saw a lot of wild life... a skunk, many deer and even a couple baby deer! On the last day we saw a bear, which was an amazing way to end the week! (Except for my husband who has to clean up the trash after the bear was done). Tonya was very quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely be renting again!

Stayed Nov 8, 2019We were looking for a place for a birthday getaway weekend. My family came here and we were pleasantly surprised. The layout of the bedrooms worked out great. We couldn’t figure out how to work the cable but had a better time playing the board games that were stocked in the house. We would definitely love to rent this home again.

Stayed Aug 9, 2018The space is well decorated and was large enough for us! We did have an issue with the upstairs sink, but someone was able to come out and take a look at it the following day. We enjoyed the location and was able to walk to the nearby restaurants and bars. The outdoor space with the propane firepit was so nice! Thank you so much for sharing your home!
