The indoor hot tub was broken and the jacuzzi tub did not have sufficient hot water. The only path into the house wasn't adequately shoveled when we arrived so we had to bring in luggage and kids over a snowy and icy path. The owners shoveled some but it was very icy.There was moldy food in the fridge when we arrived and food wrappers in one of the bedrooms. Some of the bedding and pillows were visibly stained or dirty. Something to know before booking: They are clear that they don't provide sheets and towels but we didn't find out until after booking that they expect the guest to bring a lot of basic things (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags) and they expect guests to undertake a very thorough cleaning on the way out. Including removing ashes from the fireplace that they don't provide a shovel for.The place felt pretty run down (broken walls, ceiling panels, holes in various things or broken things.) The host was defensive about these issues, though they were apologetic about the hot tub. For the most part they dismissed the issues we experienced. They offered us a 250 refund off of a 6k booking which didn't really feel like they took the issues we experienced seriously. We haven't received it though.The hosts were very responsive and offered us towels up front (though they were delivered late) and a late check out. Communication started out good but broke down when we disagreed over the issues we raised.

We had a really nice weekend staying at this property. It was very convenient for us to go skiing at Jack Frost, which was a short drive. The house is beautifully located, and we really enjoyed using the hot tub with the amazing view of the frozen lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the property was not short on games with the pool table, air hockey table, and standing arcade. Barry and Skylar were very responsive hosts. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely wonderful experience!

We were a 3-generation family group and this was a great property for us for several reasons. There was excellent water access with a nice shallow swim area for kids, docks and storage space for our paddle boards and floats, space to set up our lawn games, and still space for folks to sit by the dock and read. Check in was easy and fast. Parking access to both houses is excellent. Having two kitchens meant we had a breakfast/lunch cabin and a dinner house, which worked really well. We also enjoyed the bar/game room. We had a very fun time and the space was perfect for us.

Our group had an amazing stay at this Poconos house! The lake views were absolutely stunning, making for a peaceful and scenic getaway. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our large party, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking meals a breeze. It was great to have all the essentials on hand, especially for a big group. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed.One suggestion for improvement would be to update the couch, as it was quite uncomfortable for lounging. Other than that, everything was fantastic! We would definitely recommend this rental and would love to return in the future.

Everything was exactly as described on the website. Place was a little older but it has charm and a unique setup. Close to everything in town, great location. Place worked great for my group. Owners were super easy to deal with!!

Our stay in the Poconos was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property was beautiful and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a perfect escape. We enjoyed a delicious steak dinner using the grill, followed by a peaceful evening relaxing by the lake. The mornings were just as delightful, with coffee overlooking the calm waters—such a serene way to start the day. The manager was fantastic, attentive, and responsive, making sure our stay was seamless. Their care and attention to detail made a real difference, and it’s clear they’re dedicated to making each guest’s experience exceptional. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful retreat!

The properties were clean. The game room was great. The weather was beautiful and sitting on the decks relaxing.

Stayed for Labor Day weekend as a group of 13 of us and had a great time! The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of space for all of us. The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions we had which was greatly appreciated. Having the lake on the property was everything we had hoped for. Beautiful views! We were also walking distance to the restaurants on the lake which we also took advantage of. Definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and spacious trip on the lake. We're already planning on coming back next year!

Stayed here with a big group of guys, the house is great for a large group. Perfect location, plenty of beds, highly recommend. Just note they don't supply any sheets for the 18 beds, I bought cheap ones at Walmart so nbd

We had an amazing week staying on Lake Harmony. Our property included everything we needed for a great week and was well stocked, with things to do to keep all ages occupied. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Communication with the owner was easy as well. Overall great experience.

Great place for multigenerational vacation. Quite comfortable for children and pets. Plenty of things to do lakeside and in the house. We love the beach but found some definite advantages to lake life.( No sand!) We have become lake people!

Our large family had a wonderful stay! We pretty lived outside on the dock and in the water. There were lots of chairs and tables to accommodate our crew. We really enjoyed the lake cottage, it made hanging out by the lake all day super easy. The hosts were super responsive to our requests!
