This 3 story modern mountain home sleeps 12 and is located near the Glaze Meadow Recreation Complex.brThe wood interior is well lit by the many windows throughout. A modern kitchen provides ease for meal preparation. The dining area seats 8 and there is also a small table in the kitchen with 4 stools. The recently updated kitchen is large and fully equipped. The living room has a wood stove providing cozy comfort. A door opens out to a deck in the back with Gas BBQ. On the ground floor is a bunkroom with 2 sets of bunks and there is a bath with a stall shower in the hall. Wireless internet throughout the house. On the second level is a loft with TV, VCR and DVD, a game table and a Queen sized Murphy Bed. There are two bedrooms in addition on this floor, each with a queen. One room has a door leading out onto a small private balcony. A large bathroom with stall shower and claw-foot tub and laundry area accommodate this floor. A third level has a queen bed and a nice view out the large picture window and a powder room. All Ponderosa Properties homes include cable, laundry with washer, dryer, detergent, iron and board; decks with seating and propane grill.
