The beach is less then 5 minutes stroll to enjoy amazing Georgian Bay sunsets. Our cottage is in perfect location close to beach and many amenities such is deli, liquore store, convenience store. This is our family cottage and we enjoy it a lot with our children.brbrOn the main floor, guests will find open concept living and dining room and a huge kitchen. The living room is spacious with an electric fireplace, TV with Roku Netflix and free WIFI internet for your entertainment.brbrThere are 3 bedrooms, with 2 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed (twin over double ) and two sofa beds with twin size mattress in the living room to accommodate guests. All bedrooms have closets. Dining area has 6 person dining table/ chairs. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need ( fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker(10 cup with coffee maker with filter), pans, plates, mugs, cutlery and glassware including kids cups and plates. The cottage is on municipal water and the water is safe to drink and cook with unlike well water. brbrThere's a sizeable covered deck with extra seating and dinning overlooking the backyard. In the backyard, there is a volleyball net and fire pit to enjoy. Guests are welcome to use BBQ bellow the deck. It has ample closet and storage space. There is a fee for any guests staying over and above the maximum of 5. Campers, trailers, tents and camping are not permitted on this property due to regulations set out by the Town. Driveway accomodates 3 regular sized vehicles (or) 2 Pick-up trucks. Parking on grass is not permitted due to septic system. I will purchase a fire permit for the fire pit but all rules for operating it must be adhered to for your safety. Please make sure there are no fire bans in effect for the area before using and fire is hosed off with water before retiring for the evening. The beach is located just steps (approx. 1-5 minute walk) down the waterfront path/park from the backyard. Beach itself is sandy with some scattered small rocks. Once in the water there are sandy and rocky areas. If your feeling adventurous and want to venture off to see other beaches there are 3 other deeded beaches located minutes away through trails. Have a camp fire, and gaze the clear nights sky full of stars in this picturesque Tiny home.brbrIf you need anything at all please feel free to message.brbrBlue water dunes boardwalk is located at 64 Nicole Boulevard.brbrThere is a fold up wagon on the back deck to use, but i highly recommend bringing another wagon if you have a lot of items to bring to the beach.brbrFor boaters, there is a boat launch located at 318 Tiny Beaches Road South, you require a parking pass to park there, and they link the passes to the license plates of the vehicle, so if you wish to boat, you must launch and then park back at the house.brbrIf you would like to order food in, I Recommend Boston Pizza (located in Wasaga 10 mins away), they deliver, and the food is actually very good(Ravioli is my favourite).brbrIf you have time I recommend taking a drive to Balm beach town centre, there is an arcade there and a few good restaurants to try.brbrThe closest gas station/convenience is located at 2236 County Road 97 in Elmvale, you pass it on the way to the cottage.brbrAnd the closest grocery store will be a Foodland located at 711 River Rd W, Wasaga Beach.brbrLCBO will be 2008 Tiny Beaches Rd S, Elmvale, ON L0L 1P0, about 10 minutes away.brbrYou will see security cameras around the house, however they are mainly for show, in the winter time there are a lot of break ins so it prevents thief's from breaking in.brbrThe camera system is not active, it is powered but not recording and has no remote access, so you are in complete privacy.brbrYou will see the camera system hard drive in the laundry room.
