The Community features: Two Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Volleyball, and lots of community actives throughout the summer. Don't worry about bringing beach supplies because we've got them! We provide beach towels, beach toys, chairs, and umbrella. We also have tennis balls and tennis rackets, basketball, and volleyball for all the sports people! We don't have cable but there is Wifi and Netflix on all five TV's. The large eat-in kitchen has everything you'll need during your stay - all you have to do is bring the food! The living room and dinning room area are spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The Billiards room on the main floor has a pool table and the Foosball Table and Ping Pong Table are in the basement. The Basement also has a bonus bedroom with a full bathroom and a second set of washer and dryer. The back deck right off the kitchen has chairs, fire pit, bar, gas grill, and a sink. It's the perfect place to spend those summer nights grilling out! We're less than 10 minutes to Huron and 10-15 minutes to Vermillion. If you're looking to go to Cedar Point its about a 20-30 minute drive from the house. The Perch is our favorite place to spend our time in the summer and we hope you come see why!
