One of the best rated beaches on beautiful Lake Erie is a 5 minute walk down the street and is a PRIVATE BEACH with a sand volleyball area. A few doors down is a park a tennis court, basketball court, baseball diamond, and swings. The neighborhood is quiet and is perfect for walking, bike riding and running. Restaurants, drug and grocery store are a 5 minute walk away. The Huron boat basin is just a few blocks away.brbrThis comfortable home has over 2000 square feet which includes 2 large living rooms-one on each end of the house, with smart tvs, an eat-in kitchen, dining room, two full baths, laundry room, and five bedrooms. All bedrooms are on the second floor. There is plenty of room for the entire family! There is a back yard brick patio with two tables and ample seating. *Since we do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect our guests to leave the house in tidy order.
