The newly remodeled kitchen is just beyond featuring a bar, pantry, under cabinet lighting, and is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Opposite the kitchen is a large dining room with a table that seats six guests, a bar that seats 3 guests, and a den featuring a fireplace (only for looks) and a recliner.brAs you make your way down the hall the guest bathroom is off to the left. On the right you'll find bedroom #3 hosting a twin bed and trundle. This room has a large closet and dresser with a mirror. Just further down the hall is bedroom #2 with a queen bed, dresser and large closet. At the end of the hall is the master suite featuring a King bed, dedicated work space & desk, dresser, large walk-in closet, 42” TV (ready to connect to your subscriptions), and a master bath with a walk-in shower.brThere is a coat closet in the living room, a pantry just off the kitchen, and a dedicated laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is also a queen size air mattress, a pack n'play, and a baby booster seat available upon request.brThe clean two car garage is available for your convenience. The backyard is fully fenced and features a wooded back property line and a patio with seating area to soak in the beautiful Ohio evenings.brWe enjoyed our time while living in this home.
