Smoking is permitted outside on the patio area.brParking is only allowed in parking spots provided on the property or other public offered parking lots, street parking, etc. If Guest or additional guests park in spaces not provided to the Guest for the time of the stay, vehicles are subject to removal by ticketing, towing or any other actions deemed necessary by the Rental Agent.brNo pets are allowed, unless prior written approval by Rental Agent is given. If it is discovered that a pet is or has stayed at this property during rental period, the pet will need to be removed, and a fee will be assessed.brPlease understand our refund policy. Reservations are refundable only in compliance with our policy.
