Located in Iuka Ravine this duplex is a 10-minute walk to Ohio State campus and a short Uber to the Short North.br*Note: Bedroom 4, equipped with 1 full bathroom and 3 queen beds, is only open to reservations of 4 & up guests. This is one half of a duplex. The other half of the house is also available (Iuka II).brPet dogs are allowed for a $35 fee per dog per day, max $200/month per dog. We know our neighborhood very well (!) and care about our community- let us know when you need something or have any questions!brbrThe duplex is located near Iuka Ravine on N. 4th St. We have lived here in the past and would again! There is a mix of musicians, professors, students, and working professionals live in the area. There are bus stops nearby and a nice park, the ravine, down the hill (about a one minute walking distance) from the house.brbrYou will have access to your side of the duplex and the fenced backyard. The backyard and parking are shared with the other side of the duplex.brbrHours of Access:brCheck-in is 4 p.m. brCheck-out is 10 a.m.brbrUpon entering this duplex, you will find the living room and the half bathroom. The smart TV, sans cable service, is set up for your personal streaming accounts. In the back of the house you will find the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is supplied with every tool and small appliance you need to prepare a decent meal, along with some cooking staples such as olive oil, salt, and pepper. We also have a coffee machine with Folgers coffee, teas, creamer, and sugar. brbrThe second floor of the duplex is where you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower bath. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The back bedroom also has an outdoor covered porch!brbrThe third floor of the duplex is open to groups with 4 or more guests. This floor is an open room that has 3 queen beds and a newly renovated full bathroom with a walk-in shower. brbrThe washer and dryer are in the unfinished basement of the house and can be accessed by the door between the living and dining rooms.brbrThis duplex has a porch in the front of the house. Each Apartment may host no more than two guests total.br Pool furniture is not to be removed from the pool area.br No rafts, large balls, toys, glass containers, pets (except pets permitted by law), cut-offs, thong-style swimwear, or alcoholic beverages permitted in the pool area.brProper swim attire required at all times. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
