Our boathouse has approximately 1200 square feet of fully air-conditioned living space, plus 2 boat wells. It is located on the canals of the Cove District in Sandusky with views of Cedar Point from the front porch. The property has direct water access from the boat slips and a small deck outside the back door of the boathouse. The 1st floor has a nicely equipped kitchen, dining area, living room (couch has a full-sized pull-out bed), a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a den which can be closed off to make a 3rd bedroom with a queen-sized pull-out bed, a full bathroom, and a utility room with a full-size front-load washer and dryer. There are 3 memory foam mattress toppers for both pull-out beds. Upstairs is a bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds and a half bathroom. The living room and all bedrooms have smart TV's and ceiling fans. There are 3 parking spots in front of the house, but please note there is no additional parking. This is not a party house! It is for registered guests only. brbrThe door to the boat wells has a manual security lock. For safety, we recommend keeping this door locked at all times to prevent access to the water. brbrRenters agree to take full responsibility for their own, their families, and their guests' safety and health while on the premises.
