Stayed Jul 17, 2025Worked well for 4 guys, 1 bed room has bunk beds, Had option for fold out beds, Were supposed to have 5 guys , Would have been tight but better cost wise. But only 1 full bath Rented and got charged the VRBO fee, didn't expect that along with the 1st charge, I should have paid attention to that, My first time rent from VRBO. But good overall.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Terrific location, great social space in the backyard, easy load/unload with parking slab off-street. Owner was very responsive and worked hard to make our stay memorable. We already are talking about returning!

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Was very disappointed that the grill wasn’t cleaned and rusty ! I’d think you’d clean that after ever use like the rest of the house. Also nowhere to put your clothes for that long we had to lay them out on the bunk beds. No where for your toiletry in the main. Bathroom. It was close to the beach we could ride our bikes was a plus.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025The property was well maintained and very nice. The host was very communicative and on top of things. He was proactive in telling us that there were issues with the disposal and took care of it immediately. My only suggestion would be to replace the bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom. It's not sturdy enough to put teenagers in :).
