On the first floor is a King bedroom and one full bathroom (tiled shower stall) which are not connected. Upstairs are a bedroom with two XL twin beds (does not have its own bathroom), and a King bedroom with large walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a tiled shower, large granite sink vanity, and second-floor views toward the Pamlico River. Downstairs, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with gas range and oven and a large refrigerator with ice maker. The laundry room is equipped with large capacity washer and dryer, and folding counter. There is an iron, clothes steamer and ironing board. A unique feature of this house is a 8ft x8ft separate room off of the kitchen that is a dedicated workspace (desk, desk chair and wireless printer) which can also double as a nursery. A portable size crib is available on request. This room has a pocket door for quiet and privacy. From the back door of the kitchen, you step into an outdoor oasis with cushioned seating, an outdoor TV, propane gas fire pit, pavers, porch swing, and market lights.
