The living room offers Spectrum TV for your shows while you gather around the gas log fireplace. Breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge mountains are visible from inside, or step on the large covered deck to soak them in. Fifty plus miles on a clear day spanning from Grandmother Mountain to Beech Mountain to the left are awesome as is the sunrise.brbrThe main level features two bedrooms, including a king suite with a private television and expansive long-range views. The ensuite bath is equipped with a jetted tub, a tiled walk-in shower, and a double vanity. Adjacent to the kitchen is a king guest bedroom with a smart TV and an attached full bathroom, which also offers direct access from the hallway for guest convenience. The home benefits from abundant morning sunlight and remains pleasantly cool throughout the afternoon due to indirect sun exposure. The upper level includes a spacious loft with a large television, two queen beds, and a third full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. If arriving to this office after hours, there will be a lockbox with your card inside. The card must be returned upon departure to avoid a $100 fine.br- The HOA does not permit pets in the community for rentals. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. br- Parking is limited to 2 cars. br- The town of Sugar Mountain requires AWD or chains in times of snow and ice.
