We specialize in long-term traveling professionals!brbrThis is a modern-day home, affectionately called the “Parkton Place”, filled with an eclectic menagerie of animals. brbrHere we have horses, donkeys, pot belly pigs, llamas, dogs & a cockatoo. Our dogs are well socialized. brbrThe spacebrGuests have full access to our very large kitchen, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen, and TV room. You also have access to Wi-Fi (Internet is MIFI).brbrOutside of this room is a micro-fridge, tv, small loveseat, and desk for guests.brbrYou can hang out in your room for privacy, sit on the front second-story deck, back second-story deck, back patio, hang out at the barn, in the yard, or a pasture.brbrApproved pets are welcome!brbrThere is a fee of $10 per pet, per night. Must be paid upon arrival.brbrYou can also rent a stall for $30/head/night. Bring your own livestock $20/head/night, animals can have their own pasture.brbr$20/head/night. You bring everything your horse needs (hay, grain, shavings, etc.) clean up after him/her and strip stalls and area around your trailer when arriving and leaving.brbrPrice PER room not by # of people. Total of 3 bedrooms that can be rented separately for individual room charge. See individual listing for each room. We also have RV hook ups and water.brbrGuest accessbrCommon areas, living room with TV, kitchen, back deck, back patio, front balcony, yard, barn, and pastures when appropriate.brbrOther things to notebrThe entire home and grounds are available for weddings and events!brbr* Events are much different than overnight bookings, this will require much more communication and will be priced based on a variety of factors.brbrPrivate photoshoot by Charles Mardre, Science of Life Photography, is also available on our spectacular grounds using the animals!brbr 30 minutes to Fort Bragg, 10 minutes off of highway 95, 20 minutes to Cape Fear Valley Hospital and others. 5-10 minutes to restaurants and shopping in Hope Mills, NC.brbrThe dogs, parrots, and husband live in the house.brbrATTENTION: This is a WORKING farm. There is animal hair and potentially cobwebs. If you value perfection, this may NOT be the place for you. Many describe this place as an experience. Along with the experience may come my oversight in offering a hand towel or forgetting to mention your potential use of the micro-fridge in the GUEST area. If you need something, just ASK!
