The master bedroom has a private jacuzzi and the other jacuzzi is between the two bedrooms on the third floor.brbrThis home is very modern and clean, and I furnish all linens including bath towels. The only things you are asked to bring are your beach towels. There are beach chairs too! Walk in and the home is VACATION READY. There is ample parking for boats, boat trailers, and several cars. If you choose to use the neighborhood boat dock it is within three minutes driving from the home. Also, you can walk to the Sheraton pier in less than four minutes. Just to mention a couple titles from the review page, Totally awesome, beautiful home for a large family, Perfect retreat, Beautiful beach home in a Fun location. I think you will find our beach home to be your home away from home and that's our goal! In fact one renter called it home away from home! brThis is a Large, Beautiful, 6 bedroom, and 5 bathrooms on the sound. The 4th floor sleeps 4 and has a large sitting room with a HUGE TV--the kids will never leave! The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms including the king master with high ceilings and amazing views. The second floor has one bedroom and the rest is living space. The family room is open to the kitchen and a large eating area with great sound views and a deck right off this space. The house will easily handle 12 people. We recently added a 4/5 person hot tub. The family room has a fireplace for colder weather. One guest commented the house was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious and well lit. It easily accommodated my family of 10+. brThis Sound View house looks straight at Morehead City. According to one guest, we had everything we needed for making meals. Wake up in the Master bedroom and look right out into the sound--great way to start your day. You won't want to leave.. Walking to Beach, Shopping, restaurants & Bars. Our community is called The Cottages at Bay Ridge and located between Atlantic Stations Shopping Center and the Atlantic Beach Post Office, our coastal community offers all the amenities and privacy that waterfront living deserves! According to a guest, great house in a great neighborhood. We are a sound front community with great access to fishing, crabbing, kayaking and bird watching. We have a beautiful gradual entry pool. This is a wonderful amenity with elevated viewing area and plenty of shade for when it gets too hot in the sun. There is a half mile elevated wooden boardwalk which leads to the covered gazebo on our private island in the sound. This is great for picnics and fishing and watching the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Many guests commented that the host was easily accessible, accommodating and outstanding! I think anyone would agree when renting you want quick answers and we will give you that! And one final comment from a renter--beyond all expectations!

It is nicely furnished and enjoys a convenient location for walking to 2 beach accesses. You can choose a more neighborhood setting at the Beaufort Ave./E. Boardwalk Blvd access or The Circle Regional Beach Access with a boardwalk, bathrooms, outside showers, parking, lifeguards, picnic tables, shopping, and restaurants. Dog lovers can take their leashed dog to the beach, bring them back for a bath in the large hot/cold outside shower (dressing area and hose) then let them out in the fully fenced backyard to relax. A short drive takes you to the charming towns of Morehead City, Beaufort waterfront, and Fort Macon State Park. There is covered parking and a patio with furniture and a swing. A gas grill for cooking outside.brbrPrior guests have liked the reverse floor plan, where you enter the home in the foyer onto hardwood floors that feature an inlaid blue marlin fish. Classic beach house right on the ocean.

You will love this classic beach house that sits right on the ocean with upstairs and downstairs porches affording fantastic views and ocean access! It is cozy and comfortable, old school, with no frills, but with all that is needed for a fun stay at the beach in a super location. brbrThere are 2 full baths with showers, a third bath with a claw foot tub, and another half bath. brbrThe downstairs master has private bath and king bed. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds. One of the king rooms also has 3 twins and is usually claimed by our grandchildren. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs have queen size beds. There is a full bath with shower upstairs as well as a half bath. brAdditionally, there is an outdoor shower which we all seem to prefer in the summer. All linens are included, towels and sheets, as well as a stocked kitchen, including mixer, blender, processor, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans and cooking utensils. There are games, books and puzzles that tend to accumulate over the years. Bikes, beach games/toys, rafts etc camp out in the basement/garage. The washer/dryer are in the basement as well. Most of our time is spent on the porch and front deck, overlooking the ocean. There is most often a wonderful breeze and always a spectacular view. A gas grill can be rolled out of the garage for grilling. A second refrigerator is in the basement which comes in handy for extra drinks, overflow food and a little extra freezer space.brThis house has been in our family a very long time and our memories from all the years are rich. It is an old classic, which we love, and very comfortable, inviting you to relax and enjoy your stay at the beach. You can feel the love when you walk in the door. The location is super, in a very friendly, family oriented neighborhood. Conveniently, groceries, restaurants and shops are all within a mile.
