In addition to a great place for morning coffee and people watching, while pelicans soar just overhead, view Commercial, Military ships and fishing boats come and go just 3 miles to Ft Macon inlet. Also, dolphins pass and/or play just off shore almost twice every day and even a humpback whale has been seen just past the end of the pier. brbr Local recreation includes a skate/bicycle park, miniature golf, fishing. Really nice to see: Fort Macon, civil war fort and Beaufort Museum has articles of Blackbeard's ship (Queen Anne Revenge found down the beach about one mile out. There is a screened sitting area in the front and a separate laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer. The condo itself is newly painted and freshly decorated. Luxury plank flooring throughout with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, separate wet bar, oceanfront screen porch off the living room and a separate oceanfront balcony off of the master bedroom. The master has a King size bed with a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom along with a private half bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bunkbed and a Full size bed. The couch in the living room also pulls out into a full size bed. There is a large TV in the living room and TVs in all 3 Bedrooms as well as the kitchen bar area. All the TVs have cable as well as Roku sticks. WIFI is included. In the living room you will also find board games, playing cards, puzzles, DVDs, books, etc.brbrFrom the front door of our condo you are literally 30 seconds away from putting your toes on the beach!brbrAt one end of our building is a picnic area with tables and charcoal grills and at the other end is a swimming pool and gazebo overlooking the beach. brbrUnderneath the condo is a storage room you will have access to which has two adult bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach and pool toys, and outdoor games for the kids (and the grown up kids).brbrDirectly across the street you have condo access to the pier and boatslips to keep your boat on the Bogue Sound as well as park your trailer.
