Best all suite oceanfront home on Atlantic Beach

Everything was in great condition. There were unexpected surprises that were great (paper towels, toliet paper, and other things that take a lot of space when traveling). Of course the beach was special but everyone enjoyed the pool (and toys) and the closeby shops (ice cream, donuts, restaurants). We have used timeshares a lot and this house was at the top of the list for cleanliness.

Everything was exactly as expected from reading all the reviews prior to our stay. I would just be repeating everything that was already stated. The elevator and the electric beach cart were amazing. Lots of gear to move for 11 adults and 3 children. I had a couple questions in the first day or two and the host replied very quickly. All went extremely well along with the weather. Great place. Don't pass it up.

Year two at Jimmy's place was just as exceptional as year one. Appreciate the cleanliness, ample supplies, and well stocked kitchen. The pool is lovely, the rockers are great.

My family and I had a wonderful week staying at this beautiful beach house. Between the ample amount of bedrooms/bathrooms, multiple decks, in ground pool and beach front access, what else can I say but WOW!!!My wife is from North Carolina and now wants to move from California back to N.C. and to the beach.Thanks again for the opportunity to stay at this awesome house.

Spacious, beautiful view, wonderful beach access, great pool, awesome porches, kitchen wonderfully stocked and great linens for use. This is the 2nd year we have stayed here and LOVED the stay.

The property was beautiful and well appointed. The owner was very attentive to our needs. There was plenty of space for our family and many good memories were made!

The photos don’t do this property justice. This house is very spacious and full of all kinds of unexpected creature comforts. There was almost literally nothing we thought of that the house didn’t have. Commercial Keurig, HUGE fridge/freezer, 2 dishwashers, plates and glasses for 16, and a cabinet full of Yeti tumblers. Even down to the beach accessories (electric beach cart, tons of beach chairs, 2 Shibumi shades, tons of beach towels) and 3-4 beach cruiser bikes. The rooms were great. Spacious even with the king beds, bathrooms were spacious too with plenty of towels and toilet paper. Jimmy was very attentive and quick responses to any inquiries. Was even willing to provide restaurant suggestions when asked. Great owner to work with. 100% recommend this house. Will absolutely stay again.

This property is perfect for families. It had space to spread out. The floor plan worked great for large groups. It has everything that you could ask for. The beds are comfortable with amazing pillows and sheets. Fully stocked kitchen with nice appliances. There are no coffee mugs but they have plenty of Yeti cups with lids. He even had the garage freezer packed with ice for us. They have a crib, pack n play, high chair and stroller for babies. Chairs, Umbrellas Shibumi shade and a motorized beach cart for beach days. The pool has a nice shade canvas and plenty of chairs with an outside shower. I can't really say anything negative about this vrbo rental except maybe add ceiling fans the main level stayed warm but they do have box fans in the bedrooms. It was nice to have the elevator and it went to every floor accept the very top floor which is where all of the kids hung out.

The house is so well thought out for families! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds and pillows are so comfortable! The owner provides you with absolutely everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. House is very clean and the newness of the appliances and furniture make you feel as if you are at a resort! So many nights were enjoyed on both porches watching the views/sunset. We had a great vacation!

We so enjoyed our vacation at Jimmy's beautiful all suite home. The attention to detail is outstanding--the kitchen is well stocked, as are the beach and pool accessories. The elevator made getting our stuff upstairs super easy, just as the electric cart made beaching just as easy. We enjoyed all the decks--which allowed for small and larger family groupings.
