Please take this into consideration while planning your trip!brbr- There is NO running water. You will get your water source from the brook and 50 gallon rain barrel on the property (not during winter). Bring drinking water (5 gallon and bottled). We recommend bringing baby wipes to help with hygiene. If you use the dishes, keep in mind you’ll need eco friendly soap to clean the dishes outside. Bring extra bug spray.brbr- The cabin is located 25 minutes from the nearest convenience store and gas station (everything is on main street- you will pass it on the way to the cabin). So make sure to get what you need before arriving.brbr- We just installed a brand new powerful AC/HEATING unit that cools the entire cabin. We also have an electric fireplace for warmth/ambience and a light ceiling fan.brbr- 1 Dog is allowed during your stay for an additional $50 fee (with approval). Must add pet fee in booking inquiry. They MUST BE TRAINED and HOUSE BROKEN. We ask that dogs DO NOT get on the beds or couch out of respect for other people's allergies. Bring a dog blanket/ bed for your pet to stay off the carpet/rugs.
