The main floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a granite countertop and a center breakfast island that seats two. A King master bedroom with an en suite master bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub, Queen bedroom at the other end of the home and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms offer spacious walk-in closets with ample storage. A second full bathroom is on the main floor as well. The lower level offers an additional private king bedroom, bathroom and well stocked game room. brRelax on the spacious front porch and listen for the Perigean falcons that often fly over the property or hang out in the game room play some pool, chess or poker or for a little bit of a nostalgic feel a Pac-Man arcade style game has been added. brAt night head down to the large stone fire pit hang out under the massive sky and roast some marshmallows.brbrbrAmenities in the house include: a soaking tub, hot tub, dry sauna, pool table arcade games and more.brbrThis property is located in the New Kingston Valley. Everything else must go in the trash. br- Please try to avoid wearing shoes inside the house. br- the windows in the front of the house cannot be opened at the moment. Please do not try. Do not leave the doors open to prevent insects or animals entering the home. br- Feel free to use the board games and puzzles. br brWe hope you have a great time and will come back to visit us again soon. brA cleaning service is included in your rental rate; however, we really brappreciate you leaving the house tidy prior to departure since we may have a brshort window before our next guests arrive. br brChecking out: br brInterior: br- Compile bedroom/bathroom garbage into one large bag. br- Make sure all doors and all windows are shut and locked. br- Put all garbage and recycling in the garbage cans located in the box next to the deck with the hot tub– please make sure the box is secure to prevent animals from getting in! If there’s not enough room, leave bags inside the garage and let me know. In the winter months the garbage needs to be put in the garage for the garbage guy to get. br- Please ensure there is no food or garbage laying around the house. Everything should be put away or thrown out. br- Return all furniture, books and games to original locations br- Make sure all kitchen appliances are switched off – i.e. stove top, oven etc. br- Turn off lights in all rooms br- Remove sheets from used beds and put them on the floor in that room. Some guests prefer traps, while others don’t; if traps are set, they’re discreetly placed. As for bugs, they are a part of outdoor life—bug spray is recommended from spring through fall, and ticks are present year-round, so always check after spending time outside. If you’re bringing a pet, please ensure they are on a preventative treatment.brbrWeather here can be unpredictable, with snow, ice, rain, and mud depending on the season. We do our best to keep paths clear, but nature sometimes has its own plans. Rock salt helps in winter, but in extreme cold, ice can refreeze. The driveway is plowed after 3-5 inches of snow, but timing depends on road conditions and the plow schedule. If a storm is expected, please park close together to allow for plowing or park at the bottom if you may need to leave before the plow arrives.
