As New Yorkers ourselves we find this neighborhood to be a very quiet one but still it’s NYC!brbr-We only have window A/C units between May-September and central heating set at 72 degrees the rest of the months.brbr- As you might be able to see from the photos there are big windows in the apartment so it gets very bright and sunny when it’s nice out so please bring a sleeping mask if you are sensitive to light (like me!). We do have curtains but it still doesn’t get pitch black.brbr- This studio is in an apartment building with other tenants in the other apartments so please be respectfully quiet.brbrbrbr-We try our best to provide you with anything you might need but if there’s something additional you need please feel free to reach out.
