We have lots of comfortable seating and three flat screens to keep you entertained during your stay. Our neighborhood is a mixed cultural melting pot of Haitian, Caribbean, Yuppie, and many ethnic foods and restaurants a couple of blocks away. We are three minutes from the Rutland Avenue Subway, and a 24-hour Grocery store and laundromat on the Corner. We, your hosts live only minutes away from our Duplex and we will be happy to serve you with all your needs and questions.

As New Yorkers ourselves we find this neighborhood to be a very quiet one but still it’s NYC!brbr-We only have window A/C units between May-September and central heating set at 72 degrees the rest of the months.brbr- As you might be able to see from the photos there are big windows in the apartment so it gets very bright and sunny when it’s nice out so please bring a sleeping mask if you are sensitive to light (like me!). We do have curtains but it still doesn’t get pitch black.brbr- This studio is in an apartment building with other tenants in the other apartments so please be respectfully quiet.brbrbrbr-We try our best to provide you with anything you might need but if there’s something additional you need please feel free to reach out.
