This tastefully decorated condo is located in the heart of Beach Haven. On the corner of N Bay Avenue and Dock you are a a few minute walk to the Beach and to all that Beach Haven offers. Only a five minute walk to Bay Village and Fantasy Island. We supply 5 beach badges and 4 beach chairs. There is a 50 smart TV (Amazon fire TV) in the living room and both bedrooms have brand new smart TV's as well (32 and 42). All rooms have full cable and we have high speed internet. brbrThere is a Queen Bed bedroom and a Bunk room with a full size bottom bunk, twin top and twin trundle. Bedrooms and living room all have air conditioners and ceiling fans. There is plenty of closet space with closets in both bedrooms and a closet in Living Room. brbrThe kitchen is adorable and fully stocked. Condo is perfect for a family, a few couples or a group of friends. brbrWe just closed on this property in early July but have been renting other properties on VRBO for 10 years and our goal is to provide all the comforts of home!

With its downtown Beach Haven location, it s only a short walk to the beach, bay, Fantasy Island, shops, eateries and parks. Other nearby attractions include the Thundering Surf Water Park and mini golf, the Surlight Theatre, bike/boat rentals, fishing, parasailing, water skiing, paddle boarding, sunset cruises and bus trips to AC. In addition, the LBI shuttle buses will take you anywhere else you would like to go on the island. Many of LBI s best restaurants including the Black Whale, Tuckers Tavern, Parkers Garage, Bird and Betty s, The Marlin and Buckalews are less than 3 blocks away. If you would prefer to stay in and relax, take advantage of the 55 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, Bluetooth stereo, lounge chairs and a BBQ gas grill on the deck. As a bonus, your rental includes access to 6 beach chairs and 6 beach badges. If you ever wanted to park your car and take a break from driving for the week, this is your chance. Cozy oceanside condo in the heart of Beach Haven. Central location allows you to park your car and walk to nearby Bay Village, Fantasy Island, and numerous shops and restaurants. There is also a free shuttle which runs the entirety of LBI (during prime summer). Plenty to do for families and adults alike! brbrThe deck entrance is a great place to have your morning coffee. Please note this is a second floor condo and stairs are required. The main living room has room to relax and watch a movie after a long day at the beach. There is also a Queen size Murphy Bed. Down the hall is one bathroom and a washer/dryer. The first bedroom sleeps two (2 twin beds) and second bedroom has a queen size bed. You will find all the amenities you need in the kitchen as well as a table with seating for 4. Condo has two split AC units to keep it cool.brbrWash off after the beach in the outside shower. There is a small area with table and chairs for dining in the front of the house (building has no back yard). Rental comes with 4 beach badges and two beach chairs for your convenience. Children under 12 have free entrance to the beach. Please note linens (sheets/towels) are not provided and unit does not include an off-street parking spot.brbrPets welcome!
