It offers a lively environment for most people. brbrSince it is a busy area, parking is tough to find especially after 5pm. brbrWe will provide a parking permit for street parking.brbrThis 2-bedroom apartment is very cozy. Other than a perfect location it offers independence and freedom as if you were in your own home. It can accomodate a maximum of 6 people. brbrGuests have access to entire Apartment/not shared.brbrI will be available and ready to help as much as you need.brbrNeighborhood is urban and safe. The bus station that takes you right into NYC is two blocks away and this section is always busy with travelers. The pharmacy is 2 blocks away from the apartment and proves to be very convenient for any needs that you might encounter. The Weehawken public library has an outstanding review and it is located just 3 blocks from the apartment. One of my favorite Greek restaurant is stationed just by the waterfront over-looking the Empire State Building. It is called `Molo`s Waterfront Estiatorio`. Also, the Hamilton Park is in walking distance and offers tremendous view of the NYC Skyline. Everyone comes here to photograph NYC.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will receive the email and/or text about 45-60 minutes after you confirm your booking. Please complete the verification prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will be given the choice between a refundable security deposit (non-refundable administrative fee for this option is $10) or a non-refundable damage waiver (the cost is $35 and is not refundable). This process is required. It is not optional. You will not be given access to the listing unless your status is `approved` from Truvi. You will need a valid credit card or debit card in order to complete this process. We are fully disclosing this here so that a guest cannot claim after booking that this was not disclosed. We will not give refunds for reservations if you choose not to comply or you are not approved.brbrIf you submit a foreign, non-USA identification as part of the verification process, we will ask you to provide a United States government issued ID (e.g. tourist visa, permit to visit the country, state driver license, etc.), and an address and phone number in the United States for our records.brbrGuests are responsible for bagging all garbage and placing the bags in the bins outside the building, or at the curb, as instructed by the host (host will communicate with guest regarding this).brbrIf your unit has a thermostat and the thermostat is locked, do not tamper with it or try to break open the lock. Doing so is called vandalism and is highly inappropriate. We will withhold your security deposit if you do this and possible submit for more damages depending on the situation.brbrAlso, guests must leave the apartment in the condition they found it (e.g. no leftover food, nothing that creates a need for excessive or deep cleaning). Please wash all dishes that you use, remove food that you`ve brought in, and discard all trash. Our cleaning fee is lower than most and it covers basic cleaning tasks like washing of linens and towels, vacuuming, etc. The cleaning fee does not cover deep cleaning, excessive kitchen and bathroom cleaning, etc. Thanks for your cooperation!brbrIf you check out late, there will be a $100 per hour fee for each hour or fraction of an hour that you stay beyond the check out time.brbrIf you smoke, use incense, use drugs of any kind (including marijuana and cannabis) anywhere on the property including outside areas and common areas, we will charge a $300 fee. If there are damages related to smoking or drug use, we will charge fees in addition to this $300.
