Our stay was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Stephanie was incredibly communicative, quick to respond, super helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip.The house itself is in the perfect location, just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. It’s spacious enough for a big group of friends or family to stay comfortably, and everything was spotless when we arrived. You can tell it’s well taken care of.We had an absolute blast. Between the ideal location, the clean and roomy house, and the seamless booking and check-in process, this trip couldn’t have gone better. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our bachelorette weekend with 13 girls. There were enough beds that everyone had their own and the layout of the house is so spacious! The backyard was perfect for sunbathing and games! Stephanie was extremely responsive to all my questions ahead of time and responded immediately when we had some questions regarding AC upon check-in! I would definitely book this house for future trips to LBI!

We stayed at Murphy Manor with a large group, and couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was spacious, clean, and well equipped with enough sheets and towels for 20+ people. The owners were accessible and answered any and all questions we had. The property is located close to the beach and bay, with great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The backyard was an added bonus with lawn games and seating for many! AC and Wi-Fi worked well. Highly recommend this property!

We rented this house from Stephanie so we could have a nice relaxing weekend around our wedding. The pictures on here do not do it justice, it was such an amazing and gorgeous house with plenty of room for our joining families to spread out snd relax. The second livingroom was perfect for me and some family to get hair and makeup done. The photographer used the loft by the balcony to take some pictures and can not wait to see how they look. Stephanie was more than accommodating and very quick to respond to any and all questions or concerns that we had. Would definitely love to stay here again if we do another large group trip! Thank you!!

House is a perfect size with plenty of beds and living space, good sized kitchen and nice outside area. Came with 14 total people for LBI weekend, super easy walk to the beach and also to local restaurants. House was stocked with everything we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, cart, etc). and the property manager was very quick with any answers to questions. 10/10 recommend, we'd love to come back to this house next year again :)
