There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property. brbrCLEANING POLICY:brIf any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense. brbrCHECK-IN:brCheck in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day. brUpon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.brbrCHECK OUT:brCheck out time is strictly 10:00 am.
