Down the street is the Food Deli for all of your household needs, as well as quick delicious sandwiches.brbrWe also recommend Hot Bagels and More for breakfast on your morning stroll to the beach or the Absecon Lighthouse, all just a few blocks away. A little further out you can hit the Little Water Distillery or AC Aquarium for a nice afternoon around the bayside of the inlet.brbrGetting Around:brYou'll be able to park for free in the lot next to our house, and parking in AC is generally very easy, cheap, and accessible. We also have the Atlantic City Jitney ($2.50) right down the block, which will get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in AC during your stay. But we always recommend seeing the heart of AC by taking a nice stroll down the boardwalk!brbrOther Things to Note:brIMPORTANT!!!brTHE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY!brPlease know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation! brAll supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra. There will be a $100 charge for any butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home. brbrPET POLICY:brWe only allow dogs for a $150 fee.
