It’s a rare find located in historic Seaside Heights, (near Seaside Park). brbrLocation, Location, Location…brbrThe cottage opened in 2021 and is fully updated and designed with comfort and efficiency in mind. We welcome you to come experience a vacation stay at the "Seaside Cottage"; the location is simply a gem!brbrOur property is within walking distance from the beach, (1.5 blocks), and near beautiful sunrises and sunsets, the boardwalk, mini-golf, water park, arcades, and rides; as well as some of the best restaurants in Seaside Heights (offering a wide pallet of culinary options such as: American, Mexican, Asian, Irish Pubs, Italian, local breweries and several breakfast spots).brbrWe have plenty of local aquatic attractions (i.e. boating, sailing, wind surfing, parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, crabbing, and fishing). One cannot forget to mention the very desirable Island Beach State Park. It is only a 5-miniute drive away and is a 10-mile stretch of pristine beachfront, full of natural wildlife and walking / biking paths, just waiting to be explored. (Bring your own bike or rent one locally.)brbrWant a change in scenery? brMake Seaside Cottage your home base and plan some day trips during your stay, (all within 45-90 minute drive), such as: Atlantic City, Point Pleasant Aquarium, Barnegat Bay Lighthouse, Smithville, Cape May, Six Flags Great Adventure, Laurita’s Winery, Lambertville, and New Hope, just to name a few. brbrVisit other surrounding beach towns for an afternoon stroll, local shopping, boardwalks, or a stop for ice cream, (there are plenty of options within a 5–30-minute drive).brbrThis is a perfect location for anyone who wants to relax in the sun and enjoy a quiet evening in the neighborhood, yet close enough to bustling activities for families and adults looking for a more active vacation destination.brbrEvents: brThe surrounding towns offer several family centric events such as fireworks, concerts, movie nights, wine tastings, farmers markets, etc. Please visit the local listings, (i.e. exit82 on the web), for more detailed information about dates and times.brbrProperty Configuration brWhy should you book with us? brHighlights: br3 Bedrooms / 1 Bathroom br2 Parking Spots / 4 Beach Badges / Outdoor Space brbrOur cottage is a townhouse style dwelling, which includes 3 bedrooms: brBedroom 1: Queen-sized bedbrBedroom 2: Twin over Full bunk bedbrBedroom 3: Twin Daybed (can also be used as a second sitting area)brLiving Room: Queen sleeper pull out couchbrbrThis provides for a comfortable stay for 4 persons (with a maximum of 6). brbrIt is equipped with a washer and dryer, kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, stainless steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, and an eating area for six (6), plus a living room and desk. brbrBed linens, towels and beach chairs are not provided and should be brought by the guests. brIn case this is a significant issue, kindly contact the host for alternate arrangements. brbrWe have a private fenced-in outdoor space with an electric Weber BBQ and outdoor eating area on the side of the house, and a front porch sitting area; all of which are private to our cottage.brbrThe property is approximately 800 sq. feet and is ideal for a single family with 4-6 members, or a couple looking for ample space.brbrWhile the property does have multiple sleeping spaces, we limit the maximum capacity to six (6) persons. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible, and this capacity is designed with that in mind.brbrParking for two (2) vehicles is provided; One off-street spot and one on-street spot, via the included Parking Pass. brbrWe are only hosting families and adult couples, and will not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. The primary renter must be 25 years or older and must be staying on the property. All house rules are clearly stipulated prior to booking.brbrSmart Home Features:brWe are a "smart home"; we believe in technology and the ease that it can bring to our homes. As such, all TV are smart TV’s (basic cable + local channels are available) and High-Speed Wi-Fi is included. We provide free access to YouTube TV. Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Hulu, etc., is also available, via the guest(s) account.brbrEach bedroom is equipped with a TV. (There are 4 TVs in total in the cottage.)brbrThe cottage has 2 exits with keypad entry for self-check in and easy access during your stay.brbrSplit Heat and A/C in-wall units regulate the temperature throughout the home,brbrWe have a smart speaker in the house enabling you to play music.brbrThe furniture purchased for this cottage is stylish, comfortable, and sturdy.
