Stylish Brant Beach Oceanside House. Recent Remodel, 3 houses to Ocean & by BBYC

The house was amazing. Exactly how it was described by the owner on the Vrbo site. She also had so many little extras that made the vacation easier- extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, little toiletries if you forgot anything etc. The owner was extremely communicative and responsive both before, during, and after our stay. We look forward to booking again next summer!

Quiet location with all of the creature comforts of home. Super close to the gorgeous beach. Wonderful host who cares about the quality of your stay by adding all kinds of little extras and maintaining a clean, tastefully-decorated house. Plenty of room with a separate third floor master suite, great decks and fenced-in backyard with a basketball hoop and fire pit. Approved pet policy puts it over the top. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect beach house! Literally steps from being on the beach! Amazing deck where we had many dinners, and where our dog loved lying to feel the breeze, and a great basketball court in the backyard for our teenage boys. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful and well supplied house for a wonderful beach vacation. Steve and Pam

We had a great beach week. The house is super close to the beach and comes with a ton of beach chairs and umbrellas. No need to bring your own! Comfortable clean house, walking distance to cafe and ice cream too. Will come again. Owner is super easy to communicate with. Thank you Randi!

The house was even better than the pictures. The living space is bigger than it looks in the listing. Perfect LBI location just steps from the beach. Nicely furnished and maintained. Plenty of room for the family to relax. the host was a pleasure and very responsive!

This is our second time staying at this property and we couldn’t be happier. Everything you need for the perfect beach get away, this house has it. Want to sit on the beach? Three little houses away. Want to sit outside and breathe in fresh sea air? This house has two decks to do it. Want a little exercise? Play basketball in the backyard or ping pong in the garage. Book this place now if you want the best R&R that Beach Haven has to offer!

We had a wonderful vacation week! The home was lovely and very clean. The location was perfect; just a few houses to the beach! We had great communication with Randi, the home owner, which made our stay go very smoothly. We look forward to renting again next year or maybe even sooner.

This is the first time I’ve booked a beach house without seeing it other than online. I can say that the pictures did not do it justice. I remained skeptical until I walked in. The house is more spacious and lovely than the pictures suggest. The set up was perfect for our family of 8 and 2 dogs. Booking was easy. I communicated with Randi a number of times to ask if specific household items were included. Her response was always yes. I can tell you the household provided everything including plenty of towels and linens, as well as personal care items. The house was modern and clean and the 3 houses from beach was so close and easy to go back and forth, like you were on the beach itself. It was a perfect home for a perfect vacation. Randi was a pleasure to deal with, and still communicate with. We look forward to going back next year and wish I had found it sooner!

We had a wonderful week at Randi’s home. It is a great location-easy walk to the beach. Beautifully decorated and equipped with whatever you need. Very clean. We loved the deck and grilling at night. Everyone was happy from young adult children to grandma to the dog! Randi was lovely to work with and available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this house. The communication with the owner was top notch, the house was clean and comfortable, and the beach was perfection. We can't wait to come back.
