Luxurious oceanfront home with its toes in the sand

Everything about this listing is accurate and the house is fantastic. We will definitely stay here again if we return to LBI.

Everything we needed, we had it! Location was great! Communication was very great! We would absolutely rent again!

Our family group of five adults and three children spent a wonderful week at this perfectly located oceanfront home. We thoroughly enjoyed the reverse layout, which meant that even once we reluctantly dragged ourselves off the beach (from the direct access path Immediately next to the house), we still could enjoy spectacular views from the comfortable and airy upstairs main room. The window-side reading nook shown in the listing’s pictures was a coveted and fought-over spot for all family members, young and old. ? The home is in a quiet and peaceful residential area, but within an easy drive of plenty of activities, restaurants, and shopping, if desired. For our group, the tranquility of the waves and sand and sun was mostly what we were looking for, and that’s exactly what we got. Lila was very attentive and checked in with us prior to our stay. She provided all information and saved us some packing of the usual beach things that were already part of the house. Walking into the house the vibe was just perfect. It was very clean and tight. The house levels gave privacy for my in-laws, a level for my teenagers, and a private spot for my husband and I. The main living area was a lovely spot for all of us to gather and watch the dolphins on the beach. Great views and a clear view to check on family at the beach. The corn hole boards gave us some great fun later on the beach when everything was quiet. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time just steps from the beach. The house was as described and just what we were looking for in a beach vacation. Lila was fantastic. We'd go back again in a heartbeat.

Great location, great house, great communication.

Our family enjoyed this home, great views, easy access to the beach. The roof patio was a hit. Be aware that there are a number of stairs (living area and kitchen at the top), but there is plenty of space for the family to spread out. My only grip was the beds, particularly the bed in the master…that mattress has see better days. Be mindful as a POC, spoke to some people that wouldn’t speak back.

My sisters, daughter and I stayed at this home 9/24/22 to 10/2/22. What a lovely home this is. It was clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. The house is airy, with lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, and an open kitchen, dining and living room with a fantastic view of the ocean. The third-floor deck has amazing views of the ocean! The kitchen is also well-stocked for cooking, which is a plus when you want to eat in. We were right next to the walkway to the beach which was so convenient, and close to shops and restaurants. Lila quickly answered any inquiry we had and was so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this home.

My family and I just returned from a stay at Lila's oceanfront property and it was fantastic. While the views from inside the home are great, they are even better from the rooftop deck which includes new lounge chairs and full size dining table and chairs. The house is comfortable and clean, the kitchen well-stocked and provides space for both family time and private time when needed. Beach access is directly adjacent to the home making it convenient to come and go. Lila is attentive, responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend and will be back.

Our group of 8 had a wonderful, relaxing, vacation right on the ocean. Its on the sandy path through dunes to the beach, you couldn't have faster beach access. Plus, the views of the ocean are spectacular. We had a great time and heartily recommend the house and owner. Truly a five star experience!
