You overlook the dining room which is open and sits 6 people comfortably. From the dining room you view the great kitchen with granite counter tops and gas stove for those who love to cook.brbrThe true gem on the first floor is the wrap around deck with views of Silver Lake. One of the best spots in the house to relax and unwind!brbr2nd floor features 3 bed rooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom is huge and has a queen bed with a door onto the second floor deck which has stunning ocean views. While lying in bed you also have views of Silver lake. The second bedroom has a full bed and you also enjoy views of the lake. The third bedroom is also very large and has a queen bed and its own private newly updated bathroom which is huge and has a stand up shower and separate soaking tub. There is also a very large full bathroom in the hallway on the 2nd floor. brbrThe third floor has 2 rooms, one with a queen bed and an open room (no door) with a day bed that opens to 2 twin or 1 king. There is a flat screen TV in this room if you just want to use it as a hang out space or kids’ corner/room.brbrOur favorite spots for sure are the gorgeous wrap around decks with views of Silver Lake and the ocean. This space is ideal for reading a book or enjoying a beverage. There is also an outside shower at this house. You get 4 beach passes and beach chairs with this rental.brbrRATES/AVAILABILITY: Winter rental available (would do monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, weekend, etc). Dining room with beautiful table for a sit-down dinner or just hanging out. Kitchen is fully equipped with all large and small appliances you might need, including a Keurig and a double oven. A welcome basket gives you a couple packs of microwavable popcorn and menus for many of our local restaurants. A stunning desert mural covers one wall, with a couple of hidden animals for children to discover. Full functioning washer and dryer in its own private room - you never know when you might need to do a little laundry, even this close to the beach! The downstairs bathroom includes a tub/shower with great water pressure and a cool water bidet attachment on the toilet. Upstairs offers 4 sleeping rooms - two at the front of the house, one with a firm futon and library from which beach readers may borrow, the other with a trundle bed and coloring/activity books for children. Mini-split air conditioning units help to cool the house. Large semi-wrap around enclosed porch offers a relaxing area out of the sun. a beautiful bar with drysink for ice is available for your use, along with a small bar fridge. The ceiling fan keeps the space comfortable from the late afternoon sun. Several beach chairs are provided for your use, along with 3 beach badges. Belmar requires badges for anyone over 13. These must be left in the badge basket as you leave to avoid additional charge. This property includes a driveway for off-street parking with ample space for two cars and enough room for a doordash or other delivery driver to bring you whatever you need from our local restaurants!
