The best of all worlds, Bay, Beach, and Pool

The house was the perfect size for our family. So spacious inside and out. Loved the extra fridge, that both bath and beach towels and linens were provided much less to pack. Loree was always available to answer any question that we had. It was truly wonderful in every way. Thanks Loree

Great house on the bay side of Loveladies. Easy access to beach and right on waterfront. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, utensils. Plenty of space for our 3 families with kids ranging from 2 to 16 years old. Amazing memories made over a fun weekend.

We traveled to LBI for our son’s weekend wedding at the Barnegat Lighthouse and the LBI Foundation for Arts and Sciences. I chose Loree’s house for its wide open common areas that could accommodate a large family coming together and catching up . From it’s wide-open kitchen to living room to the 3 season porch out to the beautiful deck overlooking a lagoon, it gave us plenty of common space. The house was amazingly well-stocked. From cooking utensils to pantry items, from towels to toiletries, and from bikes to basketballs, this house has it all. As my husband said when we arrived, it’s stocked better than a hotel room. The 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are spread out into three separate wings so everyone has their own space. Every area of the house is furnished with beach-appropriate furniture; nice without being too fussy. From the moment we stepped in to Loree’s Lagoon house, we felt comfortable and welcomed. Our three-day wedding weekend getaway was perfect, due in large part to our ability to navigate Loveladies and Barnegat Light with ease from our great location and amazing house. Throughout the booking process and our stay, Loree was a fantastic host. She was responsive and attentive to her needs and answered any questions we had quickly. Everyone of our family members who stopped by during our wedding weekend commented on what a great house it was and how it really lent it self to a comfortable and memorable family vacation.

11 of us adults had a great time. Loree was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Lots of nice areas to sit both inside and out. Great amenities that she is generous to provide (2 person kayak, bikes, linens and towels, well equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators). We're already making arrangements for next year.

The house is well located, midway up the lagoon and walking distance to the ocean beach. The pool and outdoor shower are perfect. The house layout is good for a large family or families sharing. A kayak and several bikes are great for the kids. Having linens provided is a plus. The owner, Loree, is responsive, professional and personable.

Layout was perfect for our extended family vacation. We have rented numerous times on LBI and this was the Best stocked home; Lots of toys, kitchen supplies, towels, cups, bathroom essentials etc. Loree was very responsive for the few questions we had. We were so happy with the time spent here we are already looking into booking for next year with the addition of more family members in a home a bit larger. Very exciting. This house was perfect for us this year and was a wonderful introduction into vacation time at LBI. This home was clean, beautiful and had everything you can ask for. The amount of towels was perfect. The ability to use everything in the kitchen was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you can possibly need. That was really a great aspect of the house. We brought our own paper dishes but on the last night we ran out and it was great to have some here just incase. Other places we have gone never had the little things that you need and this was a really great thing about this house. The backyard was just perfection. The pool was so clean and we enjoyed it everyday. The dock made for so many fun options and we all really loved it.
