There is a Roku smart television in the living room, master bedroom and 1st floor Queen bedroom, and we provide free high speed WIFI throughout the property. brbrThe Main house includes private decks and a private courtyard complete with a gas grill, Adirondack chairs, and a chiminea. In the common area courtyards we feature: family friendly outdoor games like corn hole, tetherball, 2 fire pits, Adirondack chairs, a hammock, multiple flower gardens, an arch, a pagoda, and two gas grills. Caretaker's Studio Apartment on the back of the Main House with a separate entrance. Enter on the first floor into a small living room with two chairs and Bathroom, climb 12 stairs up to kitchen/bedroom. The kitchen includes a sink, cabinets for storage, stove/oven combo and refrigerator open to the bedroom which includes a Double Bed is under the Elevated Loft with a Single Bed that is suitable for a child. The space is private and fully sound insulated. Guests can enjoy all of the common area amenities as well as a small patio with outdoor seating in the peak season. The bathroom is a wet room style bath where the entire room becomes the shower (shower over the toilet). Please see pictures for more detail. We are pet friendly with a $50 per pet cleaning fee and our only limitation is a strict no aggression policy. brbrWe do not have an office so you will proceed directly to the Caretaker unit located on the back of the main house from the porch on the back of the house adjacent to the parking space with a sign that says caretaker. Our deck overlooks the waterway that leads out to main lake so its fun watching the various types of water-craft. Wolfeboro center is 5 minute walk or 2 minutes food shopping by boat. We often kayak over for groceries and tie up at the Back Bay docks close to the shops. Enjoy an evening cruise by boat to one of 3 local restaurants that have docks. Dock for up to 20ft boat and use of small sail boat. New for this season one of the new fun paddle boards! Give it a try, maybe even take a paddle board yoga class that runs daily by the town docks in the summer. 5 very nice kayaks & 2 canoes are included for you to use. We also have a paddle boat and for those who know how to sail , a Sunfish sail boat! Great fishing, lots of fun for kids. brbrIf you are planning to bring or rent a boat, it will need to be able to pass under the bridge to our bay to have access to our dock. This cottage is part of a small lake community with a shared beach. There is a swim raft, picnic tables, a dock to fish off, and a gradual sandy beach that is excellent for small children. We are located 5 minutes from town by car or you can walk or bike to town on the Cotton Valley Rail Trail. If it rains there is a shared Rec Hall where you can play games, do a puzzle or play ping pong.
