Welcome to “Campbellot”
This lovely year-round chalet is situated in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. It is perched only 20 ft. from private waterfront on crystal clear Rust Pond. Rust Pond is a quiet 210-acre pristine lake in South Wolfeboro, 'The Oldest Summer Resort in America.' From the master bedroom balcony, you can see the morning sunrise, watch fish swim, or simply take in the serenity. Walking out on to the dock with your coffee, you may decide to slip in for anearly morning dip, being the first to quietly pierce the calm water. Breakfast on the deck is a must. In the late summer you will smile at the mist rising above the surface, offering the warmth of the lake to the crisp morning air.

The fall foliage draws many to the lakes region, but it is a quieter season on the lake and in town. A great time of year for relaxing, beautiful hikes, fishing, and the brave hearted can still polar-bear swim. You can warm up by the gas fireplace on the deck.

Winter at Campbellot can be peaceful enjoyment of the cottage and cozy gas fireplace taking in the solitude of winter and beauty of the night skies. Another wonderful week at Rust Pond. It is instantly relaxing as soon as we walk through the door. It's always very clean and especially peaceful and quiet on weekdays. The upstairs bathroom has been updated with new sink, paint and shelving. We look forward to returning.

This lake side retreat is a diamond. The lake views are amazing, the fishing is great and it is located so close to the quaint town of Wolfeboro. We have been going to this location for 24 years and we plan on going another 24.

What a perfect place to rest and de-stress! There’s nothing like listening to the loons call at night and swimming during the day. This home has everything you need - from peace and quiet to a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and fantastic views. My husband and son used it as a base camp for hiking the Whites. We had fun in Wolfeboro, ice cream at The Bubble, outdoor dining and lobster rolls at Wolfetrap. I hope to go again next year.

Beautifully maintained property, listing was accurate, and the kitchen was well-stocked with basics. I stayed with my 3 adult sons, 2 of their friends and our dog. Check in was effortless, the home was immaculately clean! The home is very close to beautiful downtown Wolfeboro but is quiet and family-oriented. Great contact with owners. Fishing was so much fun! This was just the vacation we needed, and we definitely would stay there again!

This property was amazing. It is right on the lake with stunning views. The water was so clean and inviting and surprising warm. The house was clean and very well stocked with a surprise welcome gift when we arrived. Elaine was the perfect host offering suggestions and was always available when we had questions. Looking forward to staying again and again.

Really enjoyed everything except very hot weather. Unusual for NH. Swimming and fishing were excellent. Any plans for any kind of air conditioning? R Schmitt

My wife, son and I have been vacationing at Rust Pond for over 23 years now and we truly love the house we stay at. Elaine is such a wonderful, kind person who is so focused on our stay and out satisfaction. The home is so quaint and comfortable that you feel right at home the moment you walk in the door. It is so great to have a house right on the lake and only minutes from the beautiful town of Wolfeboro. Beautiful scenery, amazing fishing and tons of relaxation. What more can you ask for. We look forward to continuing to vacation on Rust pond.
