Also found on the entry-level are the laundry room with a washer and dryer, and access to the garage. The main living level is located on the second floor of the home. The main level offers open-concept living with exquisite pine floors throughout, a cathedral ceiling, and plenty of glass to enjoy the view. The living area offers a large flat-screen television and a spacious sofa. The kitchen has granite countertops, finished cabinets, high-end appliances, and a bar counter leading to the dining area making it a wonderful place to entertain family or friends. Directly off the living room is a sunroom, one of the coziest spots in the home. The front deck with its wonderful mountain view is accessed from the sunroom as is the back patio. The half bath and the primary bedroom with en-suite bath are also located on the main living level. Enter to a large storage area with plentiful space for your summer or winter gear. Of the storage area is a 3/4 bath and the laundry room with washer and dryer. Head through the storage area to the recreation room with comfortable seating, television, DVD, ping pong and Murphy bed. Up one flight of stairs is the main living level with modern kitchen, dining area and living room with wood stove and large flat screen television (there are 3 remotes for the tv, they all have to be on in order to work 1 is for the tv, 1 is for the cable 1 is for the soundbar that controls the volume.) The condo has three-bedroom spaces (king, queen, and bunk bed). The condo resides in the Village of Loon Mountain which is just north of Lincoln center on the Kancamagus highway, and is directly across the street from Loon Mountain. The condo is a perfect retreat for all seasons. The Lincoln area provides easy access to outdoor activities such as hiking, road cycling, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and skiing. If your need some downtime, please enjoy our membership to the Loon Village swim and tennis club. There are also a variety of nearby indoor activities, restaurants, and local attractions to make any visit memorable. brbrThe condo is a 3-story townhouse, and has no steps to get to our front door. The level above the living area holds a small bedroom offering a single twin bed with trundle below, while the uppermost level of the townhouse offers the primary bedroom suite with king bed, flat screen television, and full private bath. Downstairs from the foyer are two bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry closet with washer and dryer. The first downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a walk-out for easy outdoor access.
