It is within a mile of Loon Mountain’s South Peak with the Lincoln Express Quad, and within two and a half miles of the main Loon Mountain entrance. The house is surrounded on two sides by woods and one side by road. There are two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed, and one bedroom with two twin-size bunk beds. There is also a fold-out twin mattress to make an extra bed and a couch in the living room. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Guests can enjoy the Loon Mountain Club and Viaggio Spa, which has indoor and outdoor swimming and hot tubs, exercise facility, and classes.
